The food was ordered through their app 25 minutes in advance. It was not ready when we pulled up to the drive thru window. The food was brought out to the car. There were no sauces in the server’s cart. Otherwise, the order was accurate. I would come here again, but be prepared to wait for the prepaid order.

Service is slow, fries were stale/cold despite just getting my food. And I ordered the new Bacon Deluxe Special Edition Gold Sauce McCrispy Sandwich, they gave it to me with only the sauce and an excessive amount of lettuce on it….. no bacon…. no tomatoes….. no pickles…. and the McCrispy was also not fresh/hot….. HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!

I just picked this order up today. It was served fast and hot, but it was wrong. While waiting for this order, 5 more customers came in asking for their missing drinks. With 3 more customers coming in asking for corrected food. Instead of asking for a remake (and having to wait in the long line), I just ate the sandwich and left. People coming out of the store were angry, and people coming in the store were angry. From the ratio of returns, im guessing they are operating at about a 50% success rate.

With that said, the employees were very polite and respectful to every customer who came in. I believe the issue with this McDonalds and a lot of other places is the McDonalds App, Doordash, and the Kiosks orders. Since adding apps, delivery service & kiosks, these stores have seen a 200% to 400% increase in orders. But they have yet to hire any additional workforce. The workforce that a lot of these restaurants employ have a language barrier. Rather, it’s misreading the ticket or understanding the difference between the menu items.

I dont know how they are going to fix this, but something needs to happen. At least prioritize the in store customers or something. The people using the apps & doordash can wait, so that each order is made correctly.

why did it take forever for 1 hash brown? also you have 8 people waiting for their orders for like 10 mins and then one dude waited before all them and still didn’t get his what horrible service

Pleasantly surprised by the experience at this McDonald’s! Despite being a busy holiday evening, the store was clean and well-kept. What really stood out was the young staff—they were all focused on their work, not distracted by phones, which is rare these days.

We ordered using the kiosk, and to our delight, the food was brought directly to our table—Chick-fil-A style—with plenty of sauce packets. The chicken nuggets were hot, crispy, and tender—fresh out of the fryer.

Even the restrooms were spotless, which shows the team cares about cleanliness and customer experience. Great job all around—this location sets a high bar for fast food!

really upset because I spent $10 on what I didn’t ask for, I do not eat meat as I have serious issues being able to digest it, and I also DO NOT eat pork OR beef, I paid for a PLAIN egg & cheese McGriddle and it was even correctly put on my receipt, I got a sausage and cheese McGriddle so that was immediately wasted as I could not eat it, then the drink I was upcharged for wasn’t even the right size. So needless to say, I didn’t get to eat my breakfast I wasted money on for.

I was just there before 7pm. There is a concert on the island and traffic is bumper to bumper. I walked in to order,but the manager was busy taking employees’ pictures. I asked if someone would take my order, and she said I have to take pictures. So I walked out of the restaurants. Satisfaction at Burger King
