Leaving a review for the poor service I received from this McDonald’s location. The male manager argued with me for 10 minutes in the drive thru over sauces today, 6pm, 7/14/23. He had a disgusting attitude so I requested a refund & took my business to Chic Fila where it’s their pleasure to take my money.

Honestly, never experienced this crazy poor service. My 6 years old son asking for ketchup packages and some manager ” Angelica” argued with me and my son over why we need them and basically refused .she saying “go there” at counter and you can help him. with nasty tone and attitude.

This was the second time this McDonalds had sold me an undercooked and rubbery crispy chicken sandwich. I’m not sure if this consistency is what every McDonalds aims for, but either way, i’m not taking my chance to order this thing anyways. Also, this place for some reason decides to increase their prices than what other McDonalds or even the official websites advertise their items. A 20 piece nugget is supposed to cost 5 dollars while here they increase the price increase to 7. Why??? The place also closes at 9pm, making it even more inconvenient to order from

Found pieces of plastic in my frappe and they didn’t say or do anything about it when I told them . Be careful if you do buy frappe from there I don’t recommend, customer service sucks there .

Took my time to go inside and thought the service would be quick. Only one person ahead of me. The people in the drive thru were able to get their order stop,park come back inside and add something before I could order. I was ignored until I asked for service. Why punish a person for not being lazy
