Terrible service. Neither the employees not the manager seem to give a damn about serving the customers. Neither kiosk worked properly. When asked for assistance, the employees looked annoyed and the manager argued with us, saying it’s working fine. Even if you are starving, do not come to this McD.

Twice I have been there and received burnt bagels. When I return they give me new food. Yet, going through the drive thru, then getting to the office to open my breakfast and finding it burnt. Just ruins the whole day.

Came on a weekday for lunch. The drive thru had a long line, and there were people inside ordering. I chose to order inside (kiosk) and service was fast. 🙂

Rude staff, especially management. Ordering through the mobile app results in wrong food, if they make your food at all. Corporate customer service is a joke. Especially leaving you on hold until the opt you into a survey and hang up. Save your money and stress, go elsewhere.

Just your average McDonald’s, but unlike all the others I’ve seen in this area this one actually has the ketchup dispenser working at the condiment center.
And a soda fountain and ice dispenser is functional, and they have straws napkins and cup lids out.
They do not have other things like spoons porks salt and pepper you need to ask for that.

I often take my child to an activity across from this mcdonald’s and get her dinner here before class. I parked in their parking lot, bought and ate their food, then took my daughter to class.
The manager disrupted our class to make people more their car and threatened to tow. I clarified that I had parked in the lot because I was a customer. He told me to park elsewhere because I was inconveniencing his customers. I asked if I was a customer, again he told me to park elsewhere to stop inconveniencing his customers. If taking my money weekly doesn’t make me a customer, I wont give this location any more money.

I often Drive through and get my order. It is a regular McDonald’s with great kid friendly options. I always get the Happy Meal for my daughter ☺️

Awful service tonight- the man at the drive thru shouldn’t be working here. I get it’s McDonald’s and probably not the job you want to have but if you can’t engage or treat people the right way and respectfully you shouldn’t be working any type of customer service job. To be condescending and rude when someone is just trying to order food is weird behavior. I admire all the workers working in fast food chains. This employee’s behavior tonight was unwarranted and definitely not who you want employed here. They should redo their training or get out.
