I order from here since I live not too far from there but I gotta say that I am always pleased with the service when I swing by. I recommend this location along with the the 2 Muhlenberg/Temple locations over the one on Spring St as they know how to get the drive thru moving promptly

Honestly if I could do no stars I would after waiting in drive through for almost 20 minutes just to not get what I ordered asked for extra pickles on a big Mac got absolutely none and a mcdouble asked for no pickles and extra ketchup and got bearly anything and The little receipts on it even stated extra pickles on that 1 and no pickles and extra ketchup on this one probably going to be the last time I come here I’ll take the extra drive and go elsewhere!! You would think with a decent minimum wage that they bugged about getting they do their simple job right

The food at McDonald’s is terrible. I ordered a fish sandwich. The bun was hard. They just slop the sandwich together. There was so little cheese, and tartersauce was hardly visible. The French fries are terrible, only thing good drinks.

I ordered breakfast through the app at this location for curbside pickup this morning. Never again!!! I understand that this is a busy location, but to have you wait over 30 minutes to still not receive your order and having to go in and pick it up yourself it’s like why do curbside pickup? I kept waiting for my order and watching people walking in and coming out with their order as well as drive-thru getting their orders while I know I was their before them. I decided to go in and get my order myself and I noticed that they were busy, but I also saw my order sitting on their counter and made me wonder how long has my order been sitting there. I had to get their attention after waiting an additional 5 minutes due to them attending to customers and tell them to give me my curbside pickup order sitting on their counter. Do yourself a favor and never order curbside pickup at this location.

Terrible service. They didn’t serve the correct order and then they forgot the burger on the hot plate 20 minutes I had to go up to the counter and ask for it. Everything happened in front of the manager she didn’t acknowledge the situation.
