I just went through the drive-through window for breakfast. I always get the # 2. Sausage egg McMuffin hash brown and coffee, this time I also had an OJ. My nephew and brother were with me and they had the same. Good service and hassle-free.

We ordered 1 box meal, 1 10 PC chicken nuggets and 3 extra cheeseburgers. The girl at the window said the extra cheeseburgers were un the box. We said what about the nuggets? They are in there too. Waited 20 minutes for our food. When we received it our fries were cold, my sons mcnugget happy meal was cold and hard, we were missing a 10 piece nugget meal and our big Macs were missing the correct bottom buns (they put another middle bun on the bottom) and the burgers were way over cooked. We weren’t asked to pull forward and we weren’t told what was going on. We just kept being told we were waiting on a Big Mac. Everytime I looked in there were the same 3 workers just standing in a circle laughing and talking. The lady who took our money at the first window had to come down and give us our drinks because the other 3 wouldn’t even do that. Everything was just awful. I won’t be going here again unless I’m extremely desperate. Upon leaving I noticed there were at least 8 other vehicles waiting in line. When I noticed a whole meal was missing on the way home we didn’t even turn around because of how long the line was and everything we did get was cold and hard and just awful as it was. I feel completely ripped off.

I am very sorry about having to post this. I’ve worked for McDonald’s seven times in my life, and I always loved working there. Loved the food and the company. But when I spend almost a hundred dollars for a fast food meal for my wife, two adult sons, my stepdaughter, and two grandchildren and we ended up finding a total of six hairs in the burgers and two stuck in the nuggets. I have always had hair down to my belt and a full long beard, and in all my years of working all areas in McDonald’s, they never ever got a complaint for a hair. I am not afraid of germs. I just hate people who don’t take pride in doing a good job. The manager refunded our money but I can’t eat my favorite burgers anymore. Again, Im sorry.

This location customer service is the poorest I seen. The general manager is apparently there often, but never around to talk to anybody you have all these kids thanking they run things on top of that. They’re always getting food wrong, and not giving out the discounts or deals on the app when spoken to about it I am told that the general manager says this is the way it’s going to be her name is Coleen I just have never seen her! And I am writing because I have had this problem multiple times Being that this is the only location in the area. I would love something to be done about it

Lettuce tomato and pickles is all on the side of the burger and not physically on the sandwich they forgot the cheese and they also forgot the sauce the only thing good out of 30 some dollars worth of food was the French fries and the milkshake my sweet tea tastes like it has soap in it or some kind of cleaning chemicals

This is the only mcdonalds that always says my payment on the app didn’t go through (all though i have a receipt for it) then demands me to pay again. This has happened 3 times with the app at this location!!! I never have any issues with it anywhere else. It happened today Jan 5th 2023 for 12$!!! I wouldn’t doubt that the employees are just pocketing the cash. Makes zero sense!!
