App said they open at 5am. I placed my order at 5:10 and arrived at the drive thru at 5:17. I sat at the speaker until 5:24. After no response I drove around to the window because I’ve already paid for my order. After sitting at the window until 5:30 before I was even acknowledged. The woman came over opened the windown and very rudely said “we dont open until 5:30 what do you want?” I plan on making a call to the manager today, that was absolutely uncalled for.

Breakfast rush on a Sunday….(Important to note because it was busy and the drive through was crazy).
The person who is obviously the manager (if not they should be) brought all the to go orders out to the people waiting and made sure to communicate the temperature of food to one table and the wait time to another table. I know it might not seem like much but now a days this is above and beyond.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Mueller Family McDonald’s.
Spent $50 just to be shorted on my order and told “the best we can do is medium fries” after paying for a large. Meanwhile, the manager Matt was out smoking a vape by the dumpster instead of handling the situation.
The person taking the order kept cutting me off, wouldn’t listen, and acted like helping a paying customer was an inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable — the Mueller Family should be ashamed of how their location is being run.
I’ll be taking this straight to corporate, because this franchise is ripping off customers and disrespecting them before they can even finish an order. Absolutely disgusting experience.
Also — no Monopoly boards, no cups with game pieces, nothing they advertise.

It’s ran by majority of the local Highschool students and they’ve Always been respectful and spoke clear and loud enough you can hear them. Only thing I could say bout this McDonald’s.. Check your Bag lol. Tend to forget your Sauces

It’s honestly ridiculous to order on the app, hit I’m already here, when I’m still 5 minutes away (because this McDonald’s already has a reputation) sit in the drive through for, no exaggeration, 20 minutes just to be told sorry you need to pull around the front. When there’s already 6 cars around the front and no where else to go. Then get attitude when you ask where we should go. Asked for my money back and she smirked and giggled. Then waited another 5 minutes for that. Done here. Not sure what happened over the last 5 years but it’s not good.

Waited 20 minutes for our food. When we received it our fries were cold, my sons mcnugget happy meal was cold and hard, we were missing a 10 piece nugget meal and our big Macs were missing the correct bottom buns (they put another middle bun on the bottom) and the burgers were way over cooked. We weren’t asked to pull forward and we weren’t told what was going on. We just kept being told we were waiting on a Big Mac. Everytime I looked in there were the same 3 workers just standing in a circle laughing and talking. The lady who took our money at the first window had to come down and give us our drinks because the other 3 wouldn’t even do that. Everything was just awful. I won’t be going here again unless I’m extremely desperate. Upon leaving I noticed there were at least 8 other vehicles waiting in line. When I noticed a whole meal was missing on the way home we didn’t even turn around because of how long the line was and everything we did get was cold and hard and just awful as it was. I feel completely ripped off.

This restaurant itself was fantastic but the prices have gotten so out of control. Shame on McDonald’s. A six-piece chicken nugget is $5. That’s absurd.

I ordered a fish filet with extra cheese. That’s 1 cheese slice (this is important). So I get the food, check it, and there is 1 slice only (the filet comes with half a slice of cheese which is dumb). So I politely let the cashier know that I ordered extra cheese. She gets her supervisor and her supervisor comes over and says extra cheese means another half slice. So, me being me, asked if I only paid for half a slice. She rolled her eyes. Called her manager. He had a new one made and gave it to me. I drove off (dumb choice). There was no tartar sauce. I know it seems petty but the whole experience was just ridiculous. Especially after a 15 hour shift.
