it’s hard to top the feeling of walking into empower in carol stream! the welcoming energy of the people and the space always warms my heart. and adding to that feeling, i always feel refreshed after i eat a bowl or waffles, or after i get a tea. the flavors are so fun to try and they market/advertise their products so well making it exciting and fun to go back and try something new! i absolutely love this place and share some of my favorite memories here.

This is a great healthy place for teas, shakes, waffles and bowls. The staff is always friendly and my order always taste amazing. The low calorie shakes are my favorite and there are so many I want to try. There is always parking right on front and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order. Highly recommended!

This place is so amazing. I always try the new drinks and they never disappoint! The owner Stephanie and Louise are awesome, always super nice and very professional! They definitely represent their brand well!! If you haven’t got to try one of their teas or shakes yet you’re missing out. I also highly recommend the monkey protein bowl It’s my favorite!!

I love this place! I’m so incredibly addicted to the teas! Honestly, whenever my body feel so not 100%, I get a tea with the electrolytes and I feel so good. My favorites are Captain America, Sweet Tart and Hulk! The shakes are too filling for me but I love the teas and the Monkey Bowl! Best of all I feel great supporting such a loving family. Staff is always kind and I love that they offer curbside pick up. It’s so easy when I’m in a rush. Thank you so much! You guys are the perfect example of a business led with love, how it should be!!

The place it’s good for groups have different areas to seat. I had Churro flavor shake with protein. So delicious and it’s a big cup. Paid around $8+tax. Love the name and atmosphere. And the owners very friendly and charismatic.

This is a great place to get a healthy snack or drink! So many delicious protein shake options. My son had a cherry tea and loved it. We also had the protein waffles. And it’s a great spot for Instagram photos with their green wall and fancy layered protein shakes!
