Please read this! I have Avery low self esteem. I was just in the McDonald’s drive through and the lady who handed us the food said that she thought that I was very pretty. I didn’t get to ask her name but I just wanna say thank you to her! I wanna give her a hug but I couldn’t do that through the drive through window. So if you could please help me find her again so I could tell her thanks or give her a hug that would amazing. Or if you happen to know her please tell her Adriana said thank you so much and that she made my day. Please help me find her again!

I normally don’t make reviews, but I really feel the need to make this one. The manager in the PM shift her name is Brianna, she’s always very polite, despite numerous mess ups, and we understand things happen, she never gives a hard time, and she always keep things very respectful, and really caters to the customer. She always quick to help other employees, and I’ve seen her redirect very professionally many times. Despite many mess ups that we have received from this particular location, she keeps coming back. She always make sure things are done correctly. I’m sure that the original McDonald’s owner would really feel great that an employee took such pride in their employment, and took such pride in customer service. She needs a raise.

Had a mobile order, the women at drive thru asked if needed a receipt after I gave my code, and I said “no”-she said come around to the 2nd window. I get up there and she’s confused but asks if I had a mobile order I once again said yes. She said oh, that’s why it’s takin a minute and closes the window. Opens the window up a minute later and tells me to pull up to the railing they would bring my food out. Waited 8 minutes and no food! Cars got waited on and left and I finally was able to switch my order on the app to pick up inside instead of the drive thru-only then did they make my order. Overall took a half hour between the drive through and waiting on my food! All I had was a 6 piece nugget and one double cheeseburger!!

I would rate zero if I could most recent got 1 cheeseburger 1 McChicken and a small fry. Fries cold cheeseburger was cold and the McChicken had so much lettus it spilled all over my floor. Second time went In my cheeseburger was wrong came back got it was wrong again then they finally got it the third time. I’ve been here a few times but it’s bad now I’m wondering what kind of stuff is going on behind the scene. Anyway going to the one in pronnassis from now on. By far the worst McDonald’s

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and the worst customer service I’ve received anywhere. My wife and I had made an order for breakfast sandwiches and had browns through the app and the order had went through it was paid for etc. and when we got to the store there was no check in button to have our order brought out so we went it to get help where the manager on shift didn’t even hesitate to help, didn’t look at anything all we said was the app isn’t showing our order or anything and she immediately said to reorder (it was $25 so a total of $50 for both) and she wouldn’t refund our other order. She then tried saying it never went to their store it likely went to another one where we confirmed the store number was correct after that we proceed to stand there for roughly an hour and a half thinking someone was getting help just to find out nothing was being done and then they announced that breakfast would end in 20 mins so we ordered online again. Not long after this I saw the manager deny service to 3-4 customers why? Because they had new people in today like what does that matter you still have 20 minutes of breakfast to do I use to work at McDonald’s as well and it’s not that hard just to take the order and make it. So finally after and hour and a half we get our second order, never saw the first one, and instead of what we ordered we got 4 more hash browns than we ordered and were charged for each one will never go here again unless it’s to make a large order that makes no sense just to annoy this manager

Typical McDonald’s food. Always check my bag before I leave, 90% of the time the order is correct. Drive-through customer service is a hit-and-miss depending on what time of the day you go.

I wish I could minus stars!!! Went in gave our order and the still messed it up. They threw away 4 fresh baskets of fries. There was trash and food on the floor. The manager….I just can’t discuss her as a manager.
