I’m usually all for 30 burgers… not today. Didn’t get my sauce for my tenders which I paid for, and received raw food. I know you guys can do better than this

I’ll preface this by saying I love their burgers, but $14.41 including tax for bacon cheese fries and 4 chicken tenders is a little ridiculous i asked for buffalo sauce and bbq sauce on the side and got ranch and honey mustard didn’t realize until I got home. Make sure you check your order before you leave the store if you’re doing take out.

The burger was very good and the fries were decent. The problem was that the restaurant is very dirty. The tables were not cleaned between guests. There was sauce on the floor. Trash was full. All the teenagers working in the store were talking to each other. With better management, it would be a nicer experience. Beef is halal.

I am extremely disappointed with how the loyalty program at 30 Burgers has been handled over the years.
I have been a loyal customer since the days when the reward was 25 burgers, and I have consistently supported this location with a positive attitude and repeat business. Unfortunately, over time I have watched the loyalty system change in ways that increasingly disregard long-term customers.
When the program was based on punch cards, my loyalty was recognized. When it moved to a phone-number system, I was told my physical card could no longer be used — despite the fact that I had already earned two free burgers on that card. Now, after years of being a registered member, I am being told that the system has changed again and that I must sign up from the beginning, even though I previously had a reward available.
This feels misleading and dismissive. As a long-time customer, I should not be losing earned rewards due to internal system changes. If anything, loyalty should be valued — not erased.
I am disappointed not just in losing a reward, but in feeling like my continued support means nothing beyond a number in a database. This is not how loyal customers should be treated, especially by a business I have always spoken positively about.
I hope management will review this situation, restore the rewards I earned, and reconsider how loyal customers are treated moving forward.

Ordered a burger, chicken sandwich, regular unseasoned fries and fries with cheese. Just terrible. Both sandwiches just fell apart. Had to eat them with a fork and knife. The “unseasoned” fries were spicy. The cheese fries came with a tiny cup of yellow liquid with specs in it. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I don’t recommend this place. It’s disgusting. Burger was dripping with grease.

I ordered a burger, never mentioned bacon and somehow it ended up on my sandwich. I am religious and eaten pork in years, so I would’ve been sick and had a reaction had I eaten it. I call to speak with a manager, the the Spanish girl who has a nasty attitude every time she answers the phone, started speaking unprofessionally and with an obvious attitude as if I’m inconveniencing her! I asked to speak with a manager she claims they don’t have one. How do you not have a manager, then she ask me where am I trying to go with my complaint?! That’s coming off as a threat, and also saying only the cashiers speak English, well maybe that’s a problem as well as not having a manager! Then she hung up on me. I’m sure you’ll be working at burger joints for the rest of your existence

Google has almostoy completely eliminated my ability to find your actual website from my phone. The link to 30burger (correct address) essentially does not appear in search or maps.
Since I’m trying to arrange takeout you are loaing my business as I can’t reach you.. Tonight we gave up and looked something simple instead.

Loved the burgers.
I always oder the same exact thing every single time – #12 Royal Bacon Burger and seasoned fries. Extra bacon. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Every so often, I would splurge on an extra chicken wings- buffalo style with bleu cheese on my cheat day.
There’s ample parking and being that they’re right in the corner and close to ShopRite, it’s a very convenient place to order food either before or after grocery shopping among other daily tasks.
They have as the name implies that many types of burgers aside from other consumables.

I got the buffalo blue burger & seasoned fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. One of the best burgers I’ve had.

Pretty nice burger place with many options. I went for the Bullseye BBQ Burger with the seasoned fries. All my food was served hot and fresh, made to order which is well worth the money. This location was a little packed when we got there but the taste of the food was great. The only thing I would say is, I would probably get a double next time. They really load the toppings on which normally isn’t anything to complain about but, the actual patty was so good that I wanted to taste more of that. Other than that, everything was good.
