Went through the drive-thru yesterday, 7/20/2023 purchased 2 double quarter pounder meals with lg fries & 2 chocolate shakes, my total $41.28, I asked at the first window if that was correct & was told “yes” that’s $20.64 per meal. Looks like I won’t be going to McDonald’s anymore!!

The older woman with the long gray pony tail is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met. She won’t speak to you when she hands you your food and if you ask a question she either turn her back and slams the window or gives you attitude. Once or twice could be considered a bad day. But I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had a bad experience with her.

This place is so slow. Every morning there is a line in the drive-thru. They take one person’s order, have them pull up to the last window to pay and get there food or drink then they will take the next person in lines order. They girls that work mornings are always chit-chating about there personal life or on there phones. Not to mention one of the walks to the bank next door every morning at the same time when the line is backed up. This place needs new workers that have some motivation.

Sorry I’m hungry and petty, I’m sick of ordering something a certain way, paying for it that way and not ending up with what I asked for. For example, today I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe but NO MAYO and extra pickles. I was given LOTS of mayo and 2 pickles. It’s just like, do they simply not read the orders or are they themselves being petty. It happens a lot honestly. I’m just frustrated. Fries are good tho I guess.
