The atmosphere is gorgeous… The location is serene and the interior is actually pretty nice I love the movie photos on the wall… Unfortunately the aesthetics are where the positive experience ends for me. At 519 I ordered 2 salads and an order of mozzarella sticks. I was told 20 min but it would prob be sooner because it’s salads… I got there at about 540 but waited to go in until 545 to be safe. (I suffer from PTSD and don’t like crowds but that’s not on the restaurant)

Nice bar/restaurant. Has function hall attached for events. Both venues look out at East lake which is nice. Only thing that would make it better is to let the boats on the lake dock up.

No nonsense tavern food. Waterfront location, but the patio we were on was right next to a smoking area (I suspect for staff), so we smelled cigarettes most of the time. Dinner took a while to come out, considering what we ordered, but they were a bit busy when we were seated.

Food was so bad the my husband was actually physically sick when we got home. The bartender was nice and she provided good service. If you’re looking for a drink and Keno place is good. Looking for a meal go else where!

I have been to 550 Tavern twice and both times I have been disappointed in their food. Will probably not go back again. I ordered baked potatoes both times. The potatoes I received were not hot, the butter would not even melt on the potatoes and the place was not that busy. . We saw different staff waiting on us during our 90 minute stay. .Very Very unhappy with your food. and I have a gluten allergy and your dessert menu was not mark with about what was gluten free and which were not. Your restaurant should have desserts that a person can eat with allgeries . Most places have desserts and are clearly marked

My mom tried this place when it first opened as she lives in Halifax and raved about how good the food was so we went today for lunch and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! My daughter and I had paninis and my mom had a burger. The short rib panini was on point! Corn dip was creamy and delicious. Our waitress was super accommodating…I believe her name was Cindy. If you haven’t already been I highly recommend you do. I will absolutely be making the drive from Taunton again!

Was first time there. Kinda scopin it out. I drive by there every day for work. The place to sit is out on the deck. Cool spot. Foods good enough for me to plan on a return. Plus we got a good waitress.

Food is really mediocre. No seasoning, bland taste. Even muffins in the morning are over cooked and hard to eat. Staff is nice but really unenthusiastic.
