I got XL large pizza delivery. Phone operator was polite, & for my thin fold the pizza & greese comes out from the bottom NY by the slice style pizza craving this was what I wanted. For my 1st delivery with them no complaints.

I used to get pizza here often. However, two weeks ago my boyfriend had a bad experience. We ordered pizza and they told me 20 minutes which is fine. When my boyfriend went to pick up the pizza the young lady at the desk act like she was frightened of my boyfriend because he was black with locks. She made it seem like we did not place an order when in fact I spoke to her. I end up calling the pizza place and she kept denying I placed an order. We did not end up getting the pizza and instead bought food elsewhere. Anyways I wanted pizza here yesterday but my boyfriend said at that racist pizza place and I said you’re right we won’t spend our black dollar here. I will NEVER order here again it was a bad experience.

The pizza here was awesome! I felt bad because the person miss heard what I ordered, but immediately fixed it. The pizza was so good I wished I purchased both of the pies and taken the one that was in error. The wings were also amazing. Definitely check this place out!

This is the last time I use this pizza restaurant. The pineapple was insipid and they said that was the quality of the pineapple that they got when they order it. Really!!!! So if they got the rotten pineapple on their order, the customer has to eat it . It is ridiculous !!!!! And we paid for basil, but they forgot to add it. Price $ 47.58.

I’ve always enjoyed a simple slice of pizza and a coke. Well in this case a Pepsi… but nonetheless it’s been one of my favorite places to run in before 4pm and get a special deal. The last few months there have been significant changes to the place, new booths, tables, decor and fresh paint. No changes to the garlic rolls and pizza which I truly enjoy. I did notice the lunch special went up but it’s ok because they still have a great deal going on. Always a favorite glad to see the new look too, don’t change the taste!

I used to come here at least twice a week after picking my daughter up from school to enjoy a slice of pizza. But the last two times I’ve come, this young man tells me that they no longer have slices available. I understand when I come in at 8 pm. But today It’s 4 pm on a Thursday afternoon. I refuse to buy a pie for just my daughter and I. This is price gauging at its best. He then proceeds to tell me that they stopped selling slices since forever. Which is a complete lie.I’ve been buying slices here for years. So not only did he insult my intelligence, he is giving the opposite of exceptional customer service. This place isn’t even worth the price for a pizza pie. $15 for a mediocre medium pizza is insulting. And I will not be returning to Fantasy pizza because of this young man.

This is the last time I use this pizza restaurant. 1 the manager didn’t want to help about the mistakes they’ve made. 2 it was delivered to the wrong apartment number. 3 they offered to send us food again at a wait of 30 to 40 mins. 4 no refund and no kind of curtesy to help. The last time they delivered the pizza and left it on top of my trash bin and didn’t knock on my door. I’ve complained about it last time and nothing was done. All they could say was sorry for the inconveniences. That’s not helping or making the situation helpful or satisfying for a customer of 3 years now every other weekend. I got two pies different size when I wanted both same size.
