This location always seems to take forever when you order, even if your the only one on line. The workers are more interested in talking with there friends and there phones, which is beyond obvious. After tonight, I can confirm this is the McDonalds with the worst customer service I have experienced, or lack of.

The manager is such an awesome dude! We were having trouble with the McDonald’s app and he tried everything to help. He even tried hooking the phone up to his own personal hotspot! We ended up having to reorder everything but he still let us have the 30% discount from the app and even gave us another 10% off! Lots of respect to you my guy. <3

I ordered a simple hash brown at the counter. Instead of serving me or the other two women in the building, they instead served several cars at the drive-through, which included the 1 hash brown. I waited for them to make a new batch. One of the other women left because they were spending all their time on the drive-through.

it’s hard writing a McDonald’s. I feel I gave it four stars across the board because it was a good McDonald’s. I don’t feel like you can really compare fast food joints to actual real food places. so the four stars are not because McDonald’s is good. it’s just good for McDonald’s
