I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast bagel. I got a egg, cheese and onion bagel. Guy came out to let me know that their espresso machine was down. He didn’t bother to tell me they were out of bacon. If he did, I would have happily chosen something else!

Was dirty, girl in back kept sneezing and used same hands with food. Girl also kept wiping her face with her hands and did not use gloves. No one wore gloves handling the food. Had latin music blasting from cell phone. Was only customer at counter and it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged standing at register. I believe it was the manager who was also in charge of music as his shirt was different than the others. Place sure has changed. Won’t go back.

Service was great, food was great, but are you kidding me with this parking lot? These have got to be the single worst potholes i’ve ever seen in New York State. I mean that. Do I need to rent an SUV to come to your establishment? Was this pavement laid in 1955? I literally cannot drive into your parking lot because of how terrible its condition is.

The food I got was fresh, and the staff were pretty nice and friendly. Not sure if this McDonald’s is owned by a different franchise then others in the area, but the prices are much higher compared to most other McDonald’s I’ve been to in the capital region, while the building and especially the parking lot seem to be extremely neglected by whomever is in charge of the upkeep of the property.

Pulled in and the line was almost around the building, got in anyway. It was the fastest line i ever been through. They accidentally gave me the sandwich with cheese when we asked for it without, even the receipt said no cheese! It happens, that’s why we check! It was replaced with a perfectly cooked one as was the rest of the meal. Friendly staff. Clean.
