HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. The app said my order was ready and I waited outside for 20+ minutes I ended up going inside and it STILL wasn’t ready!!! The manager Jessica told me “go back to your car sir” and I waited inside instead. After 50 minutes of waiting my pizza was finally ready ! A single stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and THE ORDER WAS WRONG!!! And to top it all off! They refused to correct my order!

Pizza was delivered in over an hour.. not 25-35 mins like they said. This Pizza hut is only 0.2 miles from here. I called to follow up on it and the manager said I put the wrong address.. yet no one contacted me to confirm delivery when it was already marked as delivered. The manager contacted the driver THEN the driver contacted me. Which I had to leave my area to meet her. I still tipped her not knowing I wasted $20 on a cold Pizza that wasn’t even made the way we wanted. We got a regular pizza, not a thin crust Pizza. I know I won’t be ordering from here again.

When I went to pick up my order at the Pizza Hut, there were 3 employees standing out front by the door smoking cigarettes. 1 thing I find highly unattractive are employees who work in the food industry standing right outside the front door smoking their cigarettes. I do no smoke, and it is highly unattractive, unprofessional and very unhygienic. Poor quality.

I walked into this location no menu to look at to order from, even asked the cashier and her respond was no, no follow up no suggestion just no. So I had the app to order from which would had being a good suggestion for the cashier to suggested rather than allowing me to walked at the door. Also as I walked by into the store there was also a QR code on the window I could had scanned to bring up the menu another great suggestion the cashier could had suggested as well but didn’t not provide any effort. That would had been just basic customer service that was not offered.

I ordered a pizza online and it said pick up in 15 minutes, I arrived at the location and had to wait inside for over an hour. Every time I asked for a update it was the same thing “oh it’s in the oven” and they wouldn’t bother to check. Staff also moved slow without a purpose. When finally got the pizza had wrong toppings and wings were wrong sauce.
