This location on the South side of Delaware was recently updated to focus on drive through traffic. It has all the standard menu items offered. Food quality is above average for fast food. I like the AI ordering system as it has improved the accuracy of items received. It does try to upsell, so be forwarned.

Threw food all over in our bags, cold nuggets and a bunch of food we didn’t even order in our bags. We barely could get the girl who took our order to understand us and had to repeat things several times just for her to question again. Then had someone else take over our order and she was rushing us with our order. Overall just an bad experience.

I showed up at and there was one staff member there and did not have a cash register change drawer to help the guests. The two cooks walked out stating that it was 4 pm and their shift was over. I walked out and went next door to Arby’s. The Arby’s staff said that they were getting a larger volume of customers because of how bad the service was at Wendy’s.

My wife and I went through the drive thru. First off they were rather slow…next my order came to almost $31; while getting my food I asked for 2 cheese cups for the fries and they had to ring up an order for them and charged me for them. I can promise y’all aren’t going to go broke from some cheese sauce. Finally we got home and started eating. Below, you will find 2 pictures of my Triple Stack; the first was after the second bite; the other one is after the third bite! What have y’all done to my favorite burger??? Well, at least the salad was good.

The Bathroom floors were slick. Service was slow inside. The employees I observed had quite the lackadaisical attitude.
While I was waiting to place my order there was a customer from the drive thru that came in because the crew from drive thru forgot an item.
On my order, the small frosty was not full and the fish sandwich was over cooked, it was too dry and too salty to
eat.
This was the first time in over a year that I stopped at the Wheelersburg Wendy’s because of a previous experience similar to today. I’ll not go back any time soon.

The place was infested with flies and was dirty. My grandpa ordered a big bacon classic and they didn’t even put bacon on it. When he confronted them, the girl at the front just handed him bacon like it was completely normal to not put bacon on a bacon sandwich. The girl at the front ignored us for two minutes straight and after we ordered, she went right back to doing whatever without even giving us our cups.

We just ordered one meal to go and it took over a half hour and the worst part was that are meal was done just sitting there and they decided to bag it after getting the other orders out we just wanted one meal since we went somewhere else for the kids and one of are kids has autism so the kids waiting for a half hour until we get home was unacceptable just for one meal

I feel sometimes they forget they work customer service. You can definitely tell they are only there for the paycheck they don’t smile or greet you like other places. Some days you feel as though you are an inconvenience for stopping there. I have worked fast food I get it’s not pleasant especially on bad days but it’s important to make a customer feel welcome in order to have a job to come to. Other than that food is good!
