I did a mobile order, had 1 car in front of me and I waited 17 minutes, the people in front of me were getting mad and actually tapped on the window and blee there horns because nobody was coming to the window, and there’s several people begging right at drive-through. Seriously the Police station is across rhe road call them and remove them. Then when ibget to the freaking window food wasnt ready and was told the Smoothie i wanted was out. Was told incouldnt be givennanybproof I didn’t getbit so I could even try to get the money back. . If i didnt pay though the App already I would have left. The only decent thing about my visit was the 1st window where you pay.

I seriously wonder if their milkshake machine is ever not “out of service” because I’m absolutely positive that it’s been at least a month since I was able to actually put an order in for a milkshake. And this is nothing new for this location. They’ve had a habit of claiming that the ice cream machine is broken at practically the same time as the morning shift manager leaves.

Placed a mobile order. Arrived at the drive thru to pick it up they told me they couldn’t see it from there. I went inside and they had JUST started making it AFTER I asked where the order was; the order was placed an hour earlier. I waited and played on my phone then looked up to see the cook dropping bread on the floor, picking it back up and continuing to make the sandwich on the bread he just picked up off the floor. Also, they have no ice cream and a ton of homeless people asking for money or for you to buy them something. I politely said I was just picking up an order and wasn’t purchasing anything then got cursed out.

I started visiting the restaurant again after a few years. Personally didn’t have a problem with anything. Everything was mediocre and chill, which isn’t a bad thing. It’s *way* better than how it used to be years back, so it’s good to know that it’s slightly getting better.

Not only is this right in the ghetto that’s exactly how every employee acts especially the day Manager. She sells me absolute garbage for a meal. Then wouldn’t even approach me for a conversation. Once I asked for my money back it turned into a whole nother thing. Threats to leave threats to not return. Just very unprofessional staff members and management. My pies were sold to me after the sell by time. My slushie wasn’t a slushie. It was water with little to no flavoring. They didn’t give me a pie that was with my order and took almost 15 minutes to be given a replacement while being at the counter.

I was here 8/2023. The place was dirty, the employees argued with other customers and each other, and one of the cleaners was blasting vulgar rap music on his phone while cleaning the dining room. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 the food was your typical McDonald’s food and I didn’t personally have any issues with the staff.

This McDonalds is in the city, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected much, but it’s small and everything is locked up or behind the counters including the napkins and bathrooms so it was annoying to keep having to go up to the register to ask for things. Other than that, it was pretty standard.

How can you get every single order wrong? Six different orders for my entire family and every single one of them was missing something, they paid no attention to removing items that were requested to be remove. Oh! and to top it off, when I spoke with the manager, he had a vile attitude. Hands down the worst McDonald’s that we have ever been to. #McTrash!

They were kind, knowledgeable, and respectable, which is why we have used them six years in a row for our annual community service, where we supply the less fortunate in Camden with over 200 meals.
