I hadn’t eaten here since before the pandemic hit 2020, so instead of placing order at counter, there are 3 different kiosks available depending on whether you pay with cash or credit. So once you place order and pay for it at kiosk, you’re given a cup to obtain your own beverage unless you order a shake then they bring it to your table. The burger patties are pressed so best to order a double. You can add and take away ingredients to customize your burger and or fries. We arrived around 445pm and had the entire restaurant to ourselves on a Thursday. I will be dining here again real soon.

Where do I even start? I always eat here on my lunch break during the week. Well today me and my family decided to eat here after leaving the trampoline park. When we pulled in the drive thru the entire crew was sitting outside by the dumpsters smoking . We placed our order and the entire staff walked in and start fixing our order . Absolutely NONE of them washed their hands and half of them didn’t put on gloves . The lady that was fixing our bag up Kept touching her hair and she wasn’t wearing gloves either. We just pulled off. I guarantee we will NOT be returning. That’s disgusting

I didn’t have food, but the shake was amazing! We ordered via the unmanned kiosk. Very friendly and helpful young man was sweeping and took the time to let us know the part of the restaurant that was cleanest due to his recent sweeping. Big smile! It’s infectious!

I’m a first time customer. My experience is, Rude Rude Rude!!! $11.00 dollar meal had a 12 inch long hair in the burger. I called to rectify the problem and the manager (Marcus) had an issue with my complaint because he didn’t think it was a hair from his beard. I didn’t get a chance to taste the food. If it’s anything like the customer service I don’t want it. Steak ‘n Shakes fix was a complementary milkshake. No refund or appropriate fix for the unfortunate mistake. I lost. They won.

I’ve been to several Steak ‘n Shake locations (mostly around Memphis) and this is the best one I’ve been to. Food is cheaper than you would expect for a place like this, it is good, comes out quickly and is hot. The staff is pretty nice as well.
