That’s being nice. Went through drive through and they were in such a rush to do what they want to do that they want to do. They don’t care about customer service at all. I ordered a number 5 and number 7 and got something way different than what I wanted. There was no food safety at all. They were using the same gloves touching fries bags the window all food and a stapler. Then when my husband called to tell the manager what happened they hung up the phone on him not taking the complaint seriously. Will never go back.

I ordered a steak burger combo, got my ticket sat down to wait for my order. Shortly after, my number was called. I was shocked that it went so quickly. And when I say it was hot and delicious, especially the fries were hot and tasty. Went to the condiments

This is kiosk type store. There were NO milkshakes, which is half the name. Place was dirty. Tables were not cleaned off. Empty baskets around trash. Drink bar was dirty. Not sure why they changed from diner style. Food was OK. Hopefully this is an isolated issue and not the future of the brand

I tried placing a timed order on the app. It failed to get the time correct so the store was going to make it immediately. I called the store and talked to some apparently incompetent lady named Destiny. She assured me the store would hold my order until the correct time….
They did not. The food tasted horrible. It was all stale. I called and complained and got nothing for my trouble.
The worst part is I hyped the new and improved effort steak and shake is making for quality to my family. It’s just a very disappointing experience all around.

Very pleased with the price and quality of the food. Life the fact that they use healthier beef tallow. You can taste the difference in the food. Employees were polite. Music was good. Seats and tables could have been wiped down a little cleaner, but that was my only complaint. We do plan to go back.

This is hands down the worst Steak and Shake I have been too. They also forgot fries from my order. Horrible service, place was not cleaned, looked like very poor management. I do not recommend. The food was worse than McDonald’s and that says something….
