I’ve gone to this place the past few days. Every single time my order is messed up and the order taker is very rude, with an attitude I couldn’t pull up fully to the speaker and she kept repeating hello can I help you with more attitude every time. All 3 times I have ordered a sandwhich it’s always wrong. Bad service and horribly made food and drinks.

This place has gone way downhill. Quality of food is terrible compared to Littleton or Woodsville, I know it’s McDonald’s its not exactly fine dining but it’s unacceptable. I just sat in the drive through of a FAST food place for almost 45 mins. Lobby is closed so couldn’t even go in to order and eat if I wanted to. While we’re sitting there an employee came out with a quarter full bag of garbage which was obviously just a ruse to hit his vape. Management needs to intervene before the only fast food place in this town goes under.

And every time I keep thinking I can not find another Mc Donald’s that is worst then the last… I do. This place is ridiculous! Lobby cloes at 6 which I thought was still dinner time. The app won’t allow you order even for the drive thru. And the overpriced food (compared to other Mc Ds around Vermont) was awful here at that.

So I’m not one to write reviews, and generally I always get top tier service from this McDonald’s store, but with that, I often Doordash McDonald’s from this store as well. Tonight, I ordered Doordash and no drivers accepted the order. I called the store and asked if I could come get it myself, and they said yes. Keep in mind, this order was so late that it was almost closing time. It was 11pm on the nose when I got there, and they had the food ready to go. I got home and ate my food and thoroughly enjoyed it! I seriously can’t say enough good things about this store and their staff!

The Lyndonville McDonald’s location is notorious for closing the lobby early. This may be due to staffing issues, which I totally get and am fully understanding of, but their hours are never communicated to the customers–they’re not updated online, on the app, or on the door. When you approach the lobby and find a locked door, the staff just stares at you. It feels super awkward and honestly a little embarrassing, which is never a good feeling…

Asked for and PAID EXTRA for extra ketchup and pickles. One burger has only 2 pickles and one only has 3. The amount of ketchup is certainly not extra either!
