My girlfriend and I have been here three times so far. Food and drinks are excellent. We love the atmosphere and esthetic of this place. My only complaint from the first two times here was that the service at the bar was a bit slow. However food came out quick. Third time here, service was great. We’ve only sat at the bar so cant speak for the dining room. We will definitely be back for sure.

So I placed an order for Big shareable pretzel and beer cheese. I also placed an order for another container of beer cheese. I was charged three dollars apiece for each container. When my order came out, I am glad I looked in the box because there was only one container, when I asked about the second container, i was asked. Would you like me to go get it for you? My reply was well yes I paid for it.However, I received two different sizes of containers. Can someone tell me how I can be charged The same amount for these sizes. When I asked about the size of the small one, I was told that is what you get as a side. Come on now I think that’s a little ridiculous!!There is not even a side of their cheese, listed on their side menu. That won’t happen again.

After reaching out by email, I am happy to say that the issue was made right! I was refunded for the smaller container. Thank you so much so my rating has now gone up to five stars for service

Dec 7 update. Finally went to the Rickhouse Speakeasy room and it is so cool. The decorations for Christmas and amazing. I could spend hours here if my wife would let me. It’s a must visit for your Christmas list!

Love the $1 Natty Boh happy hour special! The giant soft pretzel is really good and so are the garlic buffalo wings. Nice big bar with plenty of seating. Looking forward to trying the new whiskey bar. The whiskey list is absolutely massive!

Was looking for a good burger and we stopped here for dinner. Our server (Ben) was outstanding! He didn’t rush us and was always there ready to take our questions. The brewed locally Something Wicked draft beer was smooth with a bit of a citrusy taste (almost like a Blue Moon). The butter garlic mussels are the biggest mussels we’ve aeen in a while and wnt well with the beer. The French Dip Burger and the Bourbon Burger was definitely what we were in the mood for. At the end, we took home a hot-honey-peach cheesecake. Will definitely come back to try out the rest of the menu, especially on Wed for the all you can eat wings. Great atmosphere and awesome service with great tasting food!

We came here on a Thursday evening because I saw on Facebook that they had live music and it was a musician I like. We had never been here before and don’t come to Hanover very often.

We sat at the bar. There is a wall that divides the bar from the dining tables and the music was on the bar side.

A bartender greeted us quickly and provided menus. We ordered drinks and enjoyed the music for a bit then ordered meals. They have a lot of seafood and some interesting choices. It was hard to choose. We ended up with garlic shrimp and a seafood BLT. Both were good. I liked the side options – things you don’t see everywhere like general tsos cauliflower and fried plantains among other things. Good portions were generous and prices were comparable to other similar places.

The bartenders were busy and they were both friendly and attentive. I’ll note that they have an extensive whiskey and bourbon list in addition to beers, ciders and other cocktails. They are opening a special whiskey room soon from what I saw on their social media.

The decor was colorful and fun. The atmosphere was somewhat like a sports bar – loud obviously because the music but casual and upbeat without it.

The musician was also entertaining as I expected. We had a good time and will probably return in the future.

This establishment is a great destination for a meal or quick bite to eat. I brought my sister here for her birthday lunch, and we both had a nice time. Our waitress seemed somewhat inattentive, which was unusual since the restaurant was pretty empty. Aside from that, the food was satisfactory and I thoroughly enjoyed the decorative elements and ambiance of the restaurant.

We have ordered food to go a few times and have always had good experiences until our last two trips. Place has really been going down hill the past couple of months. With that being said tonight will put an end to our patronage with this establishment. We ordered 3 meals to go since my wife is pregnant and wanted to relax at home. She ordered chicken quesadillas. We were told 30 minutes it ended up taking almost an hour but with it being a Friday night I figured they were pretty busy so no big deal. The food finally comes to the front and I get home to eat. My wife got half way through her meal and found an actual wad of hair in her entree. Absolutely unacceptable! Now with her being pregnant, that made her stomach extremely upset and as you can imagine she threw up everything she ate! Now my daughter and I immediately search our food and lo and behold more hair in my daughters pub sub not quite as much as my wife’s but disgusting! We threw everything away! I called to talk to the manager or owner to get this straightened out and of course they weren’t there and the person on the phone had no clue when they would be back. The standards in the kitchen apparently aren’t being followed I can’t even imagine what else isn’t being taken care of! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Don’t bother. We were told 30-45 min to get into the Christmas “speakeasy.” All of the hostesses were obviously overwhelmed by how busy it was. They didn’t seem to have any sense of organization and spent more time complaining about a woman they had just sat instead of acknowledging me or any of the next people waiting. We were able to get a regular table to wait in the mean time. My friend and I got the text that our spot in the speakeasy was ready. But oops! The hostess for the speakeasy didn’t actually mean to send us that text after all. We sat back down at the regular table and ordered food. The crab fries were soggy and bland. We kept being told a little longer until we could move to the speakeasy, but it was going on 2+ hours since we had put our name in. I asked the hostess what was up with the wait time and she blamed it on the reservations (even though my party was told we couldn’t make a reservation several days ago). She also blamed it on people not leaving. I asked why there wasn’t a time limit. She said they encourage only 90 minutes but people don’t abide by that. So I spent $31 on crappy crab fries and a moscow mule. Never did make it into the speakeasy. It should really be first come first serve. No reservations. Enforced 1hr limit. The waitress was really nice, so at least they have that going for them. Should’ve went to Tap House 6!
