Placed a pickup order. Food ready on time but Smoothie took an extra 10 mins past pick up time and was absolutely the worst Smoothie ever! Very watery and tasteless!

I’ve been here a few times since it’s close to my work and it’s always a great experience. The inside is very clean and the service is fast. The first time I came a week ago they weren’t too busy and the worker walked over to my table to hand me my smoothie! Love this location

The smoothies taste good but I can make them at home for $2. The chicken quesadillas are tiny and definitely not worth the price. It’s not entirely bad with a coupon but I would never go and pay full price.

I got my food and on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich the cheese wasn’t melted all the way and it was chunky and in my jetty punch smoothie there were still chunks of bananas and strawberry’s. there were so many to the point were i had to use a spoon to eat it because it would go up the straw, there were even a few whole strawberries in the smoothie and i was very disappointed by this because i love tropical smoothie so much.

While the food is always pretty good at this particular restaurant the service leaves something to be desired. Yesterday my wife and I ordered through the app on her phone online and we tried to use the special of the day which was a free Smoothie because of it being smoothie day As we tried to add the reward, it came up error and we couldn’t put it through on our order. So when we went to pick up our order at the store, we tried to explain to the people working there that we didn’t know how to get the free Smoothie because the app kept coming up error would they please give us the Smoothie now because we already ordered and we don’t want to order again. All they kept saying was you have to order and then you have to ask for this first before you order or something like that and then you’ll finally get it but we did not want to order again. They refused to give us the Smoothie when they could have just gone ahead and given it to us. So in return I’m forced to give them a poor review. As far as we’re concerned that’s poor customer service.

I got my smoothie and I went to sit down and the bottom of the cup cracked and my smoothie flew out onto the floor a faulty cup you might say so I went to the cashier and asked for a refund and I forget the man’s name he had glasses maybe in his 20s he was also the manager and he said that he wasn’t gonna give me a refund or another smoothie even though I proved the cup was faulty I am also a teenager so I was there with my friends who saw the whole thing he said that it wasn’t like that when he gave it to me and I proceeded to tell him that it wasn’t my

I tried to review through the app and it wouldn’t let me, or maybe I just couldn’t find it. If this isn’t a feature you should make it one. Anyway, our food from the springboro location tonight was amazing. Ingredients were fresh, smoothies were perfect, taste amazing. We both have COVID and have really been struggling with keeping up on eating healthy, and it really hit the spot.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more watery smoothie in my life. I literally threw the whole thing away and I’m mad. I paid extra to put whey protein in it. I’ve had them before and they’re not bad, so I don’t know if it’s just this location, or if they change the recipe to water it down and save on costs. But it’s definitely different than what I’ve had before. Wouldn’t recommend
