The guy had a real attitude because my wife didn’t want to use the kiosk to order due to my daughter’s dietary needs. (2 plain burger patties with lettuce no bun). We took away from his chat time. Food was dry and had been sitting a long time. Seemed like all high school kids with no supervision. I believe we were the only ones getting food there. Everybody else seemed to just stop, pee and leave. Bathrooms were gross too. Imagine that.

This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. We’ve only gone 3 times, and not a single time have we gotten the right order, and they only put about 5 fries in a small fry. Maybe if the people working were more focused on their job, and not so busy yelling to each other nonstop, they wouldn’t mess up every single order.

We placed an order using the app in the McDonald’s parking at 11:38 pm on Saturday evening (8-4) before closing hours according to the app. We pulled up to the drive through minutes later to pick up what we just paid for and were told they were closed. We explained the order was placed on the app and she said they were closed and we would be refunded. The woman was very rude in the way she handled the situation. I hope we get our refund.

Fast food is fast food. It’s not high-end, it’s not amazing. It’s food. It does the job. The app and rewards is a nice addition as well as the take-out/pick-up option. When ordering ahead you’re able to quickly use the app to see the menu, place an order, pay for your food; and view the rewards and deals available. You can pay with the app and food is brought to you. That being said, and considering the free food offered for points, it’s still seems that most McDonald’s have a knack for getting the order wrong, every time. Employees are usually gracious and quickly remedy the situation but it’s till a consistent problem at the local McDonald’s in the area. I don’t let myself get too upset as it’s fast food and not going to be a Michelin star winning meal but it would be nice to occasionally get what I asked/paid for.

I was really unimpressed when I went in earlier today. Id say it was around 4:30pm. Not only did I not get a receipt for my order but only half my order came out. My boyfriend had to ask for my Oreo shamrock McFlurry and my sweet tea fifteen minutes later after he had already got his order after mine came out. My sweet tea wasn’t even sweet and the McFlurry wasn’t mixed properly. To say I was highly disappointed especially since I have been going to this McDonald’s for over 20 years. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Not to mention that everyone seemed to be having troubles with their orders.

If you have a different option go to the other place. They aren’t bad and they aren’t good it’s obviously fast food by no means amazing but don’t try to use the app at all they will just tell you the code you give them is invalid so you have to pay the full price could be better

Had to mix my own McFlurry at home because they simply didn’t do it I dump it out to find little to no topping. Way too overpriced to pay for plain vanilla soft serve. Train your employees better.
