This place was great, the entrance to the restaurant is breathtaking, all you see first is the dining room in front of you and then all the shiny and high quality architecture. The food was amazing and they give you big chunks of chicken, you will eat and still have leftovers. The only downside I see is that they dont have cable and no cocktails (Only wine and beer).

It’s a pretty attractive restaurant. It’s a very tidy and clean environment. Staff is performing an excellent job, however they could do so with a smile as well. The main issue was that there was no taste. Because this is a pricey location, it should be outstanding. We were quite dissatisfied with our meal. It looked great and was served quickly, but the test was missing. Only their naans and chaat appealed to us.

$15 buffet on the weekend ($20 otherwise), an insane must try deal given you get 8 main course options, 6 starters and 3 Indian desserts with the sauces + rice and naan. It is the restaurant with golden elephants outside.

So, here we go.. we’re local here in Roseville. We came in with a dual stroller with 6 years old and 3 years old(was sleeping in the stroller). This guy, I don’t know the name of offered us the corner table right behind the reception table. We felt it’s little tight and asked him to move us to the table besides that, which he refused, saying it’s for 6 people and we were actually 3 adults and two kids. The restaurant was all empty, there was only one other family in the restaurant. I’m sorry but we left the restaurant right away because this is not the costumer service we were expecting. May be you should put a board out there that the strollers are not allowed. We went to the California pizza, right beside this one and they could give us a table with no issues. To the management, please train your staff properly and how to deal with costumers. As an Indians, we don’t treat our guests like that. Never coming back. And will share my experience with my friends and family too.

I travel to Northern India a couple of times a year, spending about 15 nights a year there. As such, I consider myself very familiar with Northern Indian food…and love it. I saw some TikTok videos about this restaurant and got very excited. The videos made the food and experience look amazing. I took my friend there for dinner while visiting Roseville. She is not very familiar with Indian food and I wanted to show here how good it can be. I was sadly disappointed. The restaurant and decor are beautiful. The night we went there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant which seemed odd at first. The service was not good. My friend ordered hot tea but they gave her chai tea. No big deal but then they almost refused to take it off the bill or exchange it. He said he had already entered it in the computer. So odd that I wanted to mention it. The food portions are huge. Sadly, they didn’t have one of the entrees showcased in the TikTok video and said they have never had it. I ordered 3 entrees and some sides. They were average at best. I would rate them a 3 or 4 out of 10. While I was hoping for food similar to what I have in India, what I found was even worse than some of the more average Indian restaurants in the US I have been to. I left the restaurant very disappointed. What I don’t understand is why their online advertising is so good. Makes me think they hired a company to create amazing videos but the food, people and ambiance was not actually from this restaurant. Kudos to whoever created those videos as it got me in the door, but considering what I actually found there I’ll never go back.

The food here was pretty good, but didn’t live up to the price they were charging. This can be overlooked due to the high cost of rent they must pay to be in the Fountains. The service was subpar. The restaurant was about 3/4 full, we were seated immediately and given an appropriate time to look over the menu. The waiter snickered at our mispronunciations, not a huge deal since I am sure we sounded terrible to a native speaker. For me, the biggest disrespect was ketchup being served with the samosa. I have been to dozens of Indian restaurants and not once has this happened before. Just strange… after eating we sat for 20 minutes before I tracked him down to get boxes, then sat another 10 before finally getting up to walk to the front to pay. So if you’re in a pinch, this place is fine, but there’s better more affordable options nearby.

As a Brit I am always looking for a good indian restaurant and this one does not disappoint. The menu is smaller , but perhaps not so overwhelming for most US taste palate’s. The service is exceptional, the manager Fsroz , trained in top class restaurants and cruise liners, knows how to offer top service, and be very friendly. They can offer suggestions and Beers and wines to match. The interior is very modern , spacious and has an elegant feel. This has certainly been designed.
