I went in here while I was waiting for an Uber. It was hot out so I need a cool place to hang out and wait while I was there. I got a 399 value meal but you pick two items I had chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger For four dollars and the place was decent. Clean staff was nice. It hit the spot ! I’m not a big fast food guy and I think fast food has gotten very expensive for what you get so I do the value menu if not I would go to a real sit down restaurant ! Not pay $10-12 for fast food

Honestly, this location has some serious problems. When my son and I got there, the drive thru lane was easily fifteen or more cars long and there was a decent crowd of customers waiting at the counter for their orders. I placed an order for my son and I at the kiosk, took a number, and sat down to wait. My son, who is 4 and autistic, started getting antsy after about ten minutes. I did my best to placate him, but nearly fifteen minutes later with no sign of our order and he was nearing meltdown. I was watching the counter and in the almost half hour we waited, I think maybe five orders went out. At this point, my son was inconsolable so I went to the counter to get a refund so we could go somewhere else. While waiting to talk to the cashier, I overheard a couple guys joking to reach other that if they didn’t get their orders soon, their lunch break was going to be over and they’d have to go back to work hungry. The cashier and the manager who processed the refund were entirely unfriendly about the whole thing and said at least twice that my order was being made and at one point, the manager yelled at another employee to cancel the order. I get the sense that they were severely understaffed but like, it’s a location in a busy area at lunch rush. It needs to be staffed appropriately. I feel bad for the employees trying to keep up and it’s not their fault; if this is a franchise location, it’s on the owner for not hiring more staff or paying them appropriately. I’d like to meet the owner so I could let them know that my son sobbed in the parking lot once he realized he wasn’t getting his Happy Meal, and that we went to the location up the road near Launch and he had his nuggies in minutes there.

This location’s drive through and curb side pickup experience is constantly poor. It seems like everyone going through the drive through is diverted to park and wait. Every online pickup order I place takes longer than using the drive through. Food is often undercooked.

On Thursday 6/1/23, I witnessed a woman being extremely rude to the drive thru workers during a lunch rush because she couldn’t get her ice cream placed upside down in an empty cup fast enough, apparently for her dog. If you treat people poorly over something that miniscule it really shows your character. It costs nothing to be kind and there’s absolutely no reason to behave in such a way. You wonder why places like these have such a high turnover rate. Who wants to come to work and deal with that kind of nonsense?

As a former employee I am listing the reasons I quit. Managers are rude and disrespectful, Unsanitary in the back kitchen. Food safety standards are not followed, blatant disregard for employee safety, fire exits are always blocked by boxes. They will drop tongs on the ground and will continue to use them.

My mom and I went by to stop and get frozen frappes. the woman on the speaker said that they don’t have cold they only have hot cappuccinos. I then repeated that I’m asking for a frozen Frappuccino not cappuccino. The woman then said that she can make it cold. I repeated that I was in fact looking for cold not hot. She then said again that they do not carry cold or frozen and that she could do a cappuccino or a latte. We said that we were all set and wanted to cancel the order bc she was trying to charge and give us something completely different. And after asking multiple times that we would like Frappuccinos…. Not cappuccino. She had an attitude and was very rude when we said we would like to cancel order and then continued to say that she can make it frozen and only had it in mocha and not caramel.:. So we said again that we were looking for frozen. Then had an attitude and said that she didn’t say any of that…. And continued to say that I order a small hot: What a weird world we live in!

Ordered to-go breakfast through the app before the breakfast window closed, arrived and was told that because I arrived after the breakfast window they wouldn’t make it. Which was the entire point of why I’d ordered to-go breakfast in the first place. Thanks.
