This location falls short of the brand’s usual standards. While the chain is typically a reliable option for quality sandwiches at reasonable prices, this particular store charges noticeably more than comparable locations and does not participate in national promotions. The value proposition simply isn’t there. Paying $15 for a sandwich, chips, and a drink feels excessive given the overall experience. Until pricing aligns more closely with the broader brand, I’ll likely choose other options.

I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s in a while, so we went ahead and grabbed a turkey Tom and a pickle for dinner. The bread was French style. They have really good bread. The pickle was good, too. Oversized. It did not take long to get the food. It was ready right when we got there. The staff are very nice and attentive. There were no issues with parking either, but on a busy day, I’ve seen this lot full. The price is just under $10 per person so, not too bad. I haven’t had any issues with this location. I see myself coming back quite often. I’d recommend that you do too.

I really want to like this one because they taste good but unfortunately customer service is not good. We had a delivery order and they messed up one of the sandwiches. We ordered a veggie and they gave us one with ham and no Guac. I called back and they said they would make another one and they did. No apology from the store nor from the delivery driver. Just a dry face like I inconvenienced them. But lastly, look at how much Guac they gave us on a veggie sandwich they originally messed up. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. Very unfortunate.

This place has gone down the drain. The store used to be filled with kind and attentive employees. Now they have off brand Guy Fieri working there and he’s just rude and can never get the order right. It’s a shame.

I messed up my address on Door Dash, I called and spoke with McKenna I think her name was. She was incredibly nice and sent my order out again to the correct address!! She was super understanding and took the time to correct the address. I am super appreciative of her & her kindness!

Consequently, I have a tendency to pay attention to the details when visiting other businesses as a consumer. Our experience at Jimmy John’s today was absolutely spectacular. First of all, the team (Matt, Jay, and Josh) were all incredibly helpful and really took time to provide my son and I with valuable suggestions and guidance. Our sandwiches were delivered as ordered with fresh, tasty ingredients. The “icing on the cake” was the three aforementioned associates who made the experience so pleasurable.
We will certainly be back to this location!
