Whiting fish batter was light in breading and tastefully delicious! I ordered fish and sides. You can order platter comes with fries and slaw! Definitely a hidden gem! Friendly staff!! Country home cooked food was well seasoned, like back in the day at grandma’s house, after church ( example: ribs, neckbones, fried chicken, yams, collards, etc). They play ole school gospel music on the tv’s on Sundays. There’s a live band that plays on certain nights during the week. Nice atmosphere for couples and large groups.

I just had My Birthday Celebration there on the 12th of this month when I say that everything was great trust me if you know Me you know I keep it I’m not the type to try getting you to go there but if you want some great food and atmosphere and fun you must check them out !!! I go there on Wednesdays for Karaoke and Line Dancing. Great atmosphere for all ages. Family and friends come out to enjoy their Birthdays and they cater for events.

I love love love this place. This couple and their dream but the food is great, the location is fabulous, the space is awesome. Do yourself some good and go to Uncle Robs and enjoy life in a different space.

Went to the place on Holden Road uncle Rob‘s. My experience was not good. The buffet look nasty. The food look like been sitting out all day and old. The food was cold. The taste of the food I really did not care for it It is not a high scale restaurant to be honest. McDonald’s would’ve been better choice because at least food at McDonald’s is edible. They use plastic spoons and forks paper plates. I will never go back there again. The food is a no go. I don’t know how anyone could Rate it above a one The meats dried out from sitting out or whatever it is it just was not Restaurant quality food. Very disappointed will never go back there again ever the people I seen when I went in said the same they were not pleased either.

Found this place on Google maps. Oh my goodness well worth the detour. My husband and I both got the 3 whole wing dinner which comes with 2 veggies. I also got the collard greens egg roll. The egg roll was amazing. If you like collards you must try this. The wings were so large I could not eat all 3 with the veggies. Everything was amazing. My husband did not even add salt to anything. The chef understands how to season food and what people like. There is also have a buffet on weekends. Our waiter, a super nice young man, told us the buffet also has fish but it is not kept out because it dries out. This tells me they care about the customer enjoying the food. There were amazing looking cakes for desert. I was too full and took home part of my meal so desert was not an option for me this time. They obviously take pride in the food they serve. I have this place saved for any future trips through Greensboro. Definitely make the detour you will not be disappointed.
