Very slow on traffic and dine ins when I arrived. Easy access to drinks and ice. Front line staff was focused on the drive thru so it was a few minute wait. A lot of business people where working inside. Ver calm and quite.

What is the point of having two lanes… if you’re going to only take orders on one side. I sat in the second lane of drive through and had SEVEN other cars get their order taken and pass right by me waiting to order at the second lane. Absolutely ridiculous.

In my opinion I just generally don’t like McDonald’s so my kids don’t have it alot. I only eat their ice cream and their strawberry banana smoothies are phenomenal. Although the fries were hot, and we were attended too quite promptly the service wasn’t the best. I could barely hear the cashier because he spoke very softly but was nice. Once we were getting our food I asked the cashier for a sweet and sour and barbecue sauce. We got like 2 large fries and a chicken nugget happy meal. In my experience of like 12 years going to McDonald’s for happy meals I’ve always gotten offered sauces to go with them especially for a chicken nugget happy meal at least one so I had asked the cashier for one and an older lady snappedbat me and said that we were supposed to get charged twenty-five cents each and that next time we won’t be so lucky. Rude.

This place is hit or miss. They definitely need some help behind the counter, but some of the folks there really go above and beyond. I ordered a Big Mac and wanted to substitute the patties for quarter pound patties. The cashier said that there was no way to do it on the computer, but then she charged me a couple extra dollars and spoke to the cooks in the back and made it happen for me.

Great service, staff was engaged and friendly. Ordered a McRib without onions, and the order was accurate and quick. Great McDonald’s experience. Too bad the McRib will be going away soon, that makes me sad. I’ll have to enjoy it while I can!

I hate that I come here. I always regret it but the convenience of it lures me in. Or laziness of not wanting to cook and it’s quick to grab. The staff are nice though.

I went to McDonald’s of Holden this morning and first of all I made my order and the girl told me to proceed to the the first window so I did and no one was there. I waited a minute or 2 maybe longer until I saw a hand out of the next window waving me up. So I moved up and paid for my food and left. Well when I got home I opened my sandwich which did say it was a steak egg and cheese sandwich which I was looking forward to i haven’t had 1 for a while. Well I guess not it was a bacon egg and cheese on a stale bagel. Well I thought about going back but what are they going to do say there sorry and give me a certificate for a free something. It’s not the fix maybe they need better system for quality control. Unfortunately I’ll probably got back once in awhile to purchase food but definitely reluctantly.

This McDonalds has been sliding a long time and I’m sick of it almost every order is always somehow wrong, the awnings over the drive-thru leak like they don’t exist guaranteeing that the inside of your car is soaked everytime your getting your food. This was the straw though ok so maintenance isn’t on top of things what ever but making sure you give out the correct meal and that it’s complete shouldn’t be that hard that’s the whole job of the window person is to check the order I had to rebuild my entire order only to get home and they still forgot things they all wanna make more money then fine make a better effort.
