No enthusiam or expression of wanting to be there from the workers, not knowing how much meat goes on the sandwich builds, almost feels like everyone here is clueless. Store looks great and clean but the awkward standing around for 2 minutes per ingredient and silence in the store is just not very welcoming. This store has gone down hill since the renovation.

Disappointed in this Subway. The floor was filthy and the tomatoes and spinach were slimy and wet wilted. Do better. The staff was friendly and nice. I paid over 22 dollars for a 12″sub, 1 bag of chips, a med drink and 3 cookies. That’s some outrageous prices for what you get.

I took my grandkids to Subway after an extensive conversation about where to have lunch & my grandson picked Subway. I hadn’t had Subway in a while so I was happy to go. The service was great and the food was great. The ingredients were fresh. I’d definitely go back.

Subs have become unusually expensive. 26$ for 2 foot longs+chocolate chip cookie. The sandwiches can be more generous with fillings. There was not enough chicken or bacon or onions or other choices. I used to love sub-way. But after this not anymore. The white bread was kinda tough white eating.

My wife had seen Subway on the K-dramas she watches and has wanted to try them out so we went to a local one over the holiday weekend. The Hutto location is like most others. It was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was polite. My wife enjoyed it which is what mattered. Will go there again

I would’ve given them 5 stars. However, I ordered to go lunch on my subway app and accidentally put the order in at the wrong subway. I noticed I accidentally did this right away. So I tried calling to cancel the order and go no answer. (I tried calling 6 times in a 10 minute period) I left 4 voice emails. I never got a return call yet, the Money was taken out of my account. So I called again 2, 3, 4, and even 5 days later. I was only able to finally talk to someone on the 5th day who said her district manager was aware of it, and my money would be back in my account in 5 to 7 business days. However, it’s been 7 weeks, and I still have not received my money, and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone since that. I normally wouldn’t make such a big deal out of something like this, but it was almost $40. Not to mention, I was actually eating at this subway 6 3 or 4 times a week for lunch at work. So I find this extremely disrespectful, and the principal is the may issue.

Me and my friends went here today we told them multiple times we didn’t want foot long only the 6 inch. We said many times that we didn’t want certain ingredients or we wanted to add other ones. After all of that we were charged for foot longs and our sandwiches weren’t right. Over $46 for 3 sandwiches is insane super disappointed
