So we got our food late, and the cinnamon bully we had came without icing and he forgot to bring it out twice. Then I guess he felt it necessary to make jokes with us. Mind you, there was a minor present. And decided to make a cum joke, followed by a joke about cheating as we were leaving. So that’s great.

Used to be great, unfortunately now they have literal children working the front. I walked in, as 2 employees were talking to a young lady leaning over the table to talk to her. They ask how they could help me and I said I had a pickup order. They said he’s cutting it. Then as one guy walked to the back he’s begging the other employee to switch him so he could flirt with the girl at the front. They are blaring some awful R&B music from a little speaker, not a big deal but very unprofessional. Then the guy brings my order to me says have a good night but I’m literally missing 3 different things… I tell him and he just yells at the other employee, walks to the back grabs it and brings it to me. No bag offered, no peppers or cheese offered. I’ve been eating at Mazzios all over Oklahoma for 25 years and this is by far the worst place I’ve been too. They also have continued to give smaller and smaller portions, which is part of the times but you could atleast have decent customer service. I work in the restaurant business and I would be ashamed to be the owner or manager of this place.

Will literally tossed my box at me . I had ordered a family ranch it wasn’t given to me with my calzone. I stated to Will I had ordered a ranch, he hands me a small one . I said I orders a family size he said oh you did. If he would have looked at the receipt and seen what I ordered he would have known rather than assuming. I then stated they have horrible customer service, his reply was “oh well” .

This location is awful! The kid at the front wasn’t welcoming at all, they service was VERY slow and poor even tho there was only 2 other tables being served, and it was dirty. I brought my baby so naturally I wiped down the table just as a precaution and I used 3 baby wipes that were all dark brown when I was done wiping the table down. It took 20 minutes to get the cheese bread, another 10 to get our pizza and then I ordered spaghetti for my son and we had already finished eating and hadn’t received the spaghetti yet so I waited at the counter for 5 minutes because no one was there and finally I was able to ask about the food and they didn’t respond they just walked off to the back and started making the spaghetti. They forgot about the spaghetti and I just had to take it to go. At other places they’ll give you some kind of coupon or something if they mess up, well the people here didn’t care in the slightest. I will never eat here again. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered delivery and it arrived 50 minutes later. All the food was cold. Not even lukewarm I refuse to make this mistake again. The store is only two miles from my house. Just ridiculous to spend the money and they could care less. I don’t recommend if you actually prefer hot food.

Well guys, apparently this is a light sauce, extra cheese and extra black olives pizza at the Mazzio’s in Midwest City (Gateway Plaza)! Its happened a couple of times before and we’ve called them and they made them the correct way. The thing is, we have to take the one that’s wrong back and pick up the correct one. I’m leaving a review this time so that maybe, just MAYBE, they will start paying attention and do it right the first time. Its really not that hard if you think about it. DO BETTER GUYS!!

Such a waste of money I ordered $74 worth of food plus tip only to have my order messed up and they didn’t send any of the 7 sauces I paid money for the food is cold pizza doughy and when I called got hung up on twice the third time the lady was clearly annoyed I even called I didn’t even want the sauce after all that. The driver wanted to talk about the recent school shooting by my apt that’s literally the last thing I want on my mind while I’m trying to have a family dinner DO BETTER
