The person who took my order via drive through was rude when I notified her that I was allergic to beef so they could be safe when preparing my order. She was loudly talking to others around her (with the mic on) “why in the world” I would order if I was allergic, although I got an impossible burger. She also asked me how she was supposed to cook it for me- I let her know my food just can’t touch beef. I’ve never had this response in all my time eating out with alpha gal allergy restrictions. Employees should be properly trained on allergy protocols and food safety as well as how to not shame customers for health issues- I will not be returning.

Chicken sandwich was good, but a miscommunication had them put mayonnaise instead of their sauce (which was excellent) on the sandwich. They made another sandwich, so I got 2 for 1 price. The manager was great and really helpful.

Timberlake Rd., Lynchburg, VA location – Incorrect drive through order – twice. Food left out of order. Circled around building before leaving. Given remaining food. Once home, no sandwich (4 ordered) had anything on them except meat and cheese. **update** my wife tried to go back and get the sandwiches corrected. She was told she was wrong and that the sandwiches were requested plain. She informed them that was incorrect and to please make them per request with everything on them and no alterations (other than extra cheese and bacon). The sandwiches were redone THREE times plain, AGAIN. She then informed them one last time to please not make the sandwiches plain and it was done, but the employee was extremely rude. She requested the name of the manager and was given a first name (Michelle) but no last name. The same with the employee. The sandwiches were made, but once home, we could see that the toppings were barely on them and sliding off and into the wrapper. Made with no consideration at all. We didn’t even eat them because of how absolutely ridiculous the whole situation was. I’ve never been treated that way and have never been replied to (or had my wife replied to) in such a way. We actually attempted to call before going, but 9 phone calls and no answer at the location. When questioned about the phone, the employee (identified himself as Ryan) stated their phone was “messed up.” If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst BK location in town and that’s saying A LOT.

Food was ok, it’s Burger King. I ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant. They forgot my potato rounds… I thought the medium ice coffee was really little. I used the drive thru. My car was nice and cool. Haha

I repeated my order twice. They was worried about it being small or large. I asked for #1 meal with cheese no ketchup. Instead I got ketsup no cheese. I’m at work now with a burger I can’t eat. No I can’t come back tonight I work 12 hours tonight with no food and I don’t get off until 7 am. Very disappointed. Especially when I repeated my order twice. I called up there to Timberlake no one answered.

Complete disregard for foot traffic and customer service. Went to this location around 10:20a on 06/04 and nobody came to the counter for 10 minutes. Tried calling for some assistance to the back with no response. Went behind the counter and grabbed a prepared breakfast sandwich from the hotbed and left $5. This place is self-service apparently, very dissatisfied.

I went here for lunch to find out they had no sides available, so I ordered a Whopper and nuggets. I got to work and opened the bag, and the whopper was missing onion and lettuce, and I only had five of the eight nuggets ordered. Very dissatisfied.

waited 10+ mins standing absolutely still in drive through, decided to come inside, waited 30 more minutes inside, employee just standing around giving people side eye and attitude, manager is the only one showing any urgency, wasted my whole lunch break +10 minutes sitting here waiting for a 5$ lunch order, absolutely insane lack of coordination and sense of from the employees
