Passing through. Looking for a non chain but something for everyone. Lots of options on the menu . There is a buffet but it was over when we got there. Food was good. Portions I felt were very large and prices not crazy. Good value. I had a chicken Caesar salad and it was huge and did not skimp on chicken. Pizza dippers(cheese bread) were great. Alfredo pasta had good flavor- more like a creamy cheesy sauce than a true alfredo but still good. Staff was great. We weren’t clear when we arrived if we just sat or if we ordered first then sat or how it worked. Bathrooms were acceptable. Would return if in the area.

Food is cut for toddlers amd there isn’t a nice variety to choose from. They don’t honor coupons after agreeing to prior to the meal. Customer service was completely horrible, I was never offered a refill on my drink. The manager was rude during simple conversation. Finally I almost felt rushed out of a buffet after being there all of 20-25 minutes.

Arrived at the store at 8:45 was refused to be seated. Stated that they closed at 9:30 and that their pizza wait time was 45 minutes although there were no patrons in the store. TERRIBLE customer service. Ownership needs to know what their staff is doing.

It’s been at least a year since I’ve eaten here. Walk in and it’s very confusing as well what the next step is. Do I wait to be seated? I wait in line at the cashier and am told I can seat myself. Once seated, I was asked what I’d like to drink. Ok, but how about the food? Drink arrives and I’m told I can go help myself. Still no idea as to the cost. Some buffet places give you your first plate with the drink. It was up to me to find the plates. The pizzas were ok and so was the salad bar. Nothing special, but still an ok selection. Taste was fine as well. I’m done eating. So, now what? I notice others walking up the the cashier with slips, so I catch my waitress at her computer and she prints one out for me. Price was what I had expected, roughly $15 including tip.

I would like to start by saying it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I understand being short staffed and this was not the the case in this situation. We have visited Mazzio’s several times and have never had an experience like we had on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 6:30 pm. The last time we ate there, there was only one waitress, they were much busier, and we got better service than we did last night. We got no service last night.

I came through the drive thru yesterday and was greeted by a bigger girl named Kendra. She was very unprofessional and rude. She rolled her eyes several times, was getting impatient and started raising her voice. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed and will definitely not be coming back again.

Such a terrible experience. We came in 2 hours before they closed and the first thing the waitress said to us was that they were about to close. The food took forever, but that was the least of the problems. When we went to pay, all of our meals were on one ticket, so we asked her to separate them but apparently this was a big deal. She separated one salad bar off of the ticket for one of us. She then copped the most ridiculous attitude with us when we tried to get her to separate the other 2 checks. She went to the kitchen to talk to the manager and came back out saying that the manager said it was too bad and they couldn’t split the checks and we would just have to pay together. Again, we politely told her we were on 2 more separate checks and she rolled her eyes and went to the back and told the manager that we were refusing to pay for our meals. When the manager came back out for the third time, we clarified that we just wanted to pay for our checks separately. She told us that even though she was the manager, she didn’t know how to separate the checks. The waitress then told us that all of this was OUR fault because we should have told her from the beginning that our checks were separate. The manager informed us that the waitress had already asked us about separate checks and that we didn’t tell her when she asked us. Not only did they indicate that we are liars, but the waitress accused us of refusing to pay due to her mistake. She was rude from the beginning and it escalated from there. Definitely will not be back.
