I’m changing all to 5 stars. I made an online order, and it wasn’t quite right. It turns out it was not their fault, they offered thin crust online, but did not have that option for XL in the store. (They are working on fixing this issue online). Jake the manager was awesome. He reached out to me and offered to do a re-do. I am eating that re-do now. They did a fantastic job, and the pizza is cooked perfectly and delicious. Thank you Marco’s and especially Jake for making it right!

What a big difference from when it just opened. I have been buying pizza here for a long time and today was very different. When I got there my pizza wasn’t ready, they didn’t take my order right, I had to wait for 20 min and when I got my pizza it was not even done right. To much cheese on one side and nothing on the other. For what I paid, I was very disappointed, I hope they get better again.

Been coming here for a while. Was excellent when it first opened, but has been slipping. Last night was the worst by far. Ordered online, sent my son to pickup and he arrived when email instructed. Still had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Employees were unprofessional and downright weird. I ordered a large, but he got home to discover they put a medium in a large box! And it was burnt! And how about that jalapeno spread? Or the slice entirely missing cheese? And didn’t give us the garlic dipping sauce I ordered, either. Sad to see a great establishment spiral downward. This was a miserable experience.

Marco’s Pizza is the best! The CheezyBread is amazing. The dough is made fresh every day. And there are awesome oven-toased subs, fresh salads, delicious chicken wings, and deserts too! This store is a smaller, delivery/carryout store with no dine in. But they offer great service and even better pizza!

I ordered two large pizza, a Philly bowl with no mushrooms, cheese bread and meatball bake…. They forgot my cheese bread so my husband and to go back and get it then I go to dish up the food and my philly bowl is covered in mushrooms…. First time coming and never going back….

Loved the pizza! We’re kinda picky about our pizza, and they helped us perfectly even though it was a little off menu. The pizza tasted great, and was made to perfection! We’ll be going back, soon.

We usually love Marcos. But we had an entire order ready to be placed and they informed us they were out of large boxes. So instead of giving us mediums for the same price, they want to charge us $8 more to get the same amount of pizza just in medium sizes because THEY didn’t order large boxes and don’t have them in stock. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Lost out on a whole already $40 order and loyal customers over $8.

Worst place ever! I ordered pizzas for delivery from here and an employee called me 20 minutes after I ordered the pizzas to tell the manager said I had to give them a bigger tip if I wanted them to deliver the pizzas! So I told them I would just come in to pick them myself and to take off the tip and delivery fee! When I got to the store I asked for the manager but was told he wasn’t there! I then asked for the manager’s name so I could call corporate and complain but the boys refused to give it to me! They also refused to give me their names and kicked me out of the store without my pizzas even though I already paid for them!

Management needs to have more staff at the location. I got my delivery canceled for 11 pizzas because they didn’t have a driver and they didnt have enough people there to make them. They said an order that large needs 24 hour notice. Yet they don’t even staff a driver or an additional employee at opening.

This is the second time that I’ve had a really bad experience. No joke, this is what my pizza looked like when I picked it up. The kid who boxed it up (I was there waiting) looked at it when it came out of the oven, saw how bubbled up it was, stuck it in a box, and handed it to me with the rest of my order. I didn’t look at it there, I figured maybe it wasn’t too bad, I was only seeing it from afar. I got home and opened this box and was astonished that they’d hand anything over to a customer that looked like this. I threw it away. We won’t be going back.
