I come in here for pizza about once a month and it’s delicious every time. The crust has that perfect texture and they aren’t stingy with the cheese. This time I got the Hawaiian with no chicken- y’all I don’t care, pineapple belongs on pizza. Soooo good. Service is always superb. Justice served me today and he was so helpful. But all of the crew had a great attitude and the place was spotless. It was nice being able to see them make the pizzas fresh so it’s clear they have nothing to hide. All around a great experience.

First time to order from this location, and likely my last. Just see the picture, it says all you need to know. Spend $43.00 to have two keto friendly pizzas delivered, and get this. Beyond disappointing. They were obviously delivered sideways. Please train your delivery personnel to keep the pizza box flat in the delivery process.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a family chicken Caesar salad. Pizza was fine but the Caesar salad was inedible. Rotten lettuce pictured. I called as soon as it was delivered and was on hold for over 11 minutes. I then asked the Manager to call me back when our refund for this item was completed and now haven’t heard back. Do better.

The staff was absolutely disrespectful! We placed an order at this location after being sent from another one because we were out of their range. This 2978 location took our order, we paid and even added tip – after an hour of waiting on the pizza we called to know the status to find out they didn’t canceled the order due to being ”out of range” – when I asked why they didn’t have the decency to call the customer to notify them the guy said he was “new, only 2 weeks” – we asked for the supervisor and he placed us on hold for a good 2-3 minutes to come back on the line to repeat his same line “I’m sorry we refunded your order though” I asked for the supervisor again and he said HE was the supervisor! When I called out him out for lying that he was brand new he said “ugh have a good day!” and hung up!!! This is the first time in my life writing a review of any sort, this store is horrible.

Marcos has lost it. Never order delivery! Last time I ordered, they gave us the complete wrong pizzas with no sauces or seasoning packets. This time I payed for extra sauces and didn’t receive any one of them and once again never received the seasoning packets. It’s a shame because the pizza is great. But clearly they don’t know how to read orders.

I ordered a pizza at 8:30pm tonight, it is now 10:08pm and pizza have not arrived. I called numerous of times and I was told pizza will be there in 30mins first time. Then I was told the oven quite working, so they had to make a whole batch for tonight. So, at this point I asked to speak to the manager. Well, someone came on and said he was the manager. He had no idea how to handle the a refund. I sent a family member to pick up the pizza. The service was horrible and no manager on duty. I need the owner to respond and give me a way to get in touch with him or her.

idk about the pizza, but… I was happy to try these pizzas… when I got to the store I greeted the employees (a big lady and a girl) nobody answered me… but I didn’t care that much. When I placed my order, the person (girl) who collected my order (Allison I think) went straight to grab the pizza dough! without washing her hands! after touching everything on the register !!! And she was wearing RINGS ! 10 min waiting for my pizza, she touched the pizza when it was already cooked too.. and she never washed her hands. I don’t want to be a Karen.. but that’s disgusting!!!!!
