Passed through Oxford on our way to Richmond from Durham and stopped at Hardee’s for lunch. Their chicken fingers are, hands down, the best I’ve ever eaten! They were hot, juicy, the breading was light and crispy and they were seasoned perfectly, just salty enough. These folks know what they’re doing. I guess this will have to be a regular stop for us now

Worse one by far. Introduction talking to herself, rings all up as takeout so don’t have to walk orders to table, raw burger but atleast that was addressed with quickness. Mary doesn’t make atmosphere any better by being on phone as well. I don’t like reporting negative about places but definitely never looking at returning to this one

**disclaimer I blame myself for wanting an easy meal tonite** Well were to start I’ll say it’s the little things, and fast food is hard, apparently. We weren’t allowed to add on anything at the window(nevermind we were the only people in line) if they were busy I’d get it. Next they needed us to pull down and wait for our order(NEVER MIND WE ARE THE ONLY ONES IN LINE) and what is that fiery sauce [see Pic] it looks like oil and mayo maybe just not mixed together, and look at that burger Pic from the advertisement flyer [see Pic] and compared to the actual burger [see pic] those chicken tenders though they must just be impossible to mess up plum juicy tasty. Fries had clearly been under the light for a while just nasty limp soggy cold. We asked for the managers name (Porschia) and she posted up at the window like she was daring us to complain. We didn’t just decided to leave a review with photos to show that oxford nc Hardee’s is not exactly the Porsche of fast food round here. I get it though fast food is hard!

The buns on both burgers are stale and chewy. Bun is also .5 inches wider than the burgers around the entire edge. Cookout has much better charbroiled burgers.

We got there early lunch so I thought the food would be hot and fresh, not the case. I ordered the chicken tenders and they tasted like they were left over from the night before and my husband ordered a burger which was not much better. Very disappointed.

I keep giving this place a chance every few months. Order is wrong EVERY TIME. Two burgers, one no pickles, and another no mayonnaise. SIMPLE. Our order is correct on the drive through screen every time and yet it is cooked wrong every time. Done giving this place a chance.
