Very disappointed in the Marcos pizza tonight. Usually it’s really good, the pizza we got today was put together poorly. We got all meat, and the bacon was on one side only, and a lot of it. It was barely cut, and I went to take a bite and it dripped so much grease into my mouth. boyfriend ordered it, and he’s eating it even though he said it’s awful.

Do NOT order from this place. I ordered a delivery from them about over an hour and a half ago. I was told it was going to be about 40 minutes. After waiting said amount I called them up and asked where my order was and they lied to me about calling my number associated with the order as I received 0 calls from them. Then I was told that they could make one and have me pick it up which just further shows their incompetence of doing their job. Worst pizza shop I have ever seen

Normally they have great food and good service. However, I ordered last night for delivery, and was not notified that there was no delivery and that I would have to come and pick it up— you know, common courtesy. After waiting well over an hour, I finally called Marcos and asked about my order. The girl that answered the phone had very bad customer service. Kind of like an “I don’t care” attitude. Rude, did not care about the wait time, and just didn’t want to resolve anything. This was at 7:34. One of the comments I got while asking about my order was, “you’re going to have to come in and pick it up because the delivery driver is slacking.” What? Bad service.

Was in town for hockey and was the only place that delivered. Good pizza, and yummy cheesy breadsticks. Delivery driver was sketchy, but food was yummy.

We ordered delivery to our hotel and it took well over an hour. I called and the person said it was because the delivery driver decided to go home for awhile before bringing our pizza. The driver was supposedly also the manager. I wish I were joking. They also added a $10 tip on for themselves over and above the $4 delivery fee. The pizza and wings were cold and I’m not sure they would have been much better warm. Never again!

Nothing but problem after problems. I’ve had 3 orders in the last 3 weeks that were messed up. I’m starting to think they are doing it just to be rude. Order a ham and pineapple pizza and get a burnt pizza with no ham, order wings with buffalo sauce and get no sauce at all, order an XL pizza and get a flipping medium pizza, or order a delivery order and get no delivery at all and when you call them you get put on hold for 45 minutes untill after they shut down the store for the night. Seriously what a worthless place to order from. Sadly they are the only delivery pizza store so they feel they can do whatever they want.
