Luxury Vibes And Views
When I say I will NEVER come back to this location, I mean every word. I ordered of $40 worth of food online. For my 15 piece wing order I selected 2 flavors- hot and lemon pepper dry. When I picked up my order, all of the wings were hot. I showed the cashier the receipt and let her know my order was wrong.
She looked at the receipt and said “you gotta select half and half, this ain’t our fault”
She refused to remake the order or refund.
Very rude and unprofessional!! She should not be on the front end with an attitude like that. It’s a shame when I spend $40-$70 every time I visit a location. I’ll definitely take my money where it is valued and appreciated.

I am so disappointed I order from this place all the time and today was the worst experience ever I found bug eggs in my fish I contacted the store to get a refund and they tried to say it wasn’t a bug that it was a bone smh you can clearly see what this is I’m soo disgusted. Horrible. If you don’t care about the food you serve then get out of the restaurant/food industry. When we start caring about what we are served as a community these folks will either do better or go out of business. We must stop allowing the nonchalant attitude and serving us anything. Ridiculous. Hair in food and fish fried hard as a leather shoe.

I got the house fried rice combo. I have to say it is really good and hot. The rice had lots of meat and it was seasoned great. The customer service was excellent as well. I was greeted with a smile, and my order was prepared promptly. I will definitely come back here

The place is nice enough, the menu is easy to read and simple. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff was courteous, entertaining, and open to communication. It was clear that the management cared very little about the comfort of their employees, or their guests. There were tables and chairs for guests, but the lobby was too cold to be comfortable, my girl had to wait in the car. Management refuses to use heat and air.

On today 4/9/25 my guy order us some combos and out of all combos mine didn’t have the fries I did call back up there and the manager said come back but I was at home and I don’t live close by there and I didn’t want to go back up there. Plus on today for some reason the wings were not freshly fried like it normally be. This was my third and last trip because the first two times the food was on point. We ordered online like we always do it said the food will be ready at 4:25pm and I was there to pick up at 4:20pm…..it’s sad that those wings were terrible we had to order something else for dinner which was not cool. And I know customer service is not a thing anymore but the crew you had today was hideous! Not the same from my first two times (they were more friendly) So not going back…..

Got there around 8:45pm and I was starving! I ordered, got my food and left my phone by accident! The staff was so sweet and understanding. They put it in the back until I returned for it! Awesome thank you all! And the food was fresh and not salty. Thank you
