Our experience was pretty much like the previous review that had a picture. Because ours looked alot like that. It was mostly all crust with a little sauce and a few pepperoni. It was also supposed to be the “magnifico”. This was our first and definitely our last time to ever order a Marcos pizza. The crust had no flavor at all. What little sauce and pepperoni it had wasn’t much better. Yuck!!! That describes their pizza.

I had a craving for a Pepperoni Magnifico pizza so I decided to order Marcos. Pizza arrived semi warm at best, 2 to 3 inches of crust around edges before any toppings or cheese began. There was hardly any pepperoni, definitely not “magnifico”! The pizza was very greasy which I don’t understand because there was not much pepperoni on it, the pizza was also stuck to the top of the box. And to top it off the pizza took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I love Marcos but after this experience I am hesitant about ever ordering from there again. Look at the attached photos and tell me thats how the pizza looks on the commercials or ads. They did offer to remake the pizza but as it was already 8:15 at night and I was starving I coudn’t wait for another pizza to be made. I ended up throwing the rest of the pizza away, it was mostly crust anways. I have bought cheap frozen pizzas that were better than this. What a disappointment in every way!

The pizza was ok. The first a bit chewy for me and not very flavorful. I ordered a veggie with extra cheese m. Apparently Marcos Pizza does not put onions or peppers on their veggie pizza. The bread sticks, like the pizza crust, were lacking any real flavor. Thankfully the marinara sauce added some much needed flavor. The chocolate cake was decent. Very rich chocolate flavor. It was GREAT warm with ice cream!

Ordered delivery. Delivery driver was 30mins late. I was charged extra for sauces and received none of them, or the salad I ordered. When I called to tell them they said I had to wait until all the other orders were delivered. I asked that they bring a new pizza and take the ones I had that because they’d be cold by the time I got the rest of my food and sauces. The “manager” got an attitude with me and told me it wasn’t his problem the delivery driver forgot my food and he wasn’t giving me a new pizza. I asked for the corporate number and he told me to Google it and hung up on me. To top it all off, they never came back with my missing items.
