Sean/Shawn was VERY friendly!!! Ordered a pizza for a friend that lives out of town…when I got it…it was HOT and fresh…but undercooked because all the ingredients were only in the center. 5 out of 8 slices were mostly LG dough bubbles. Also ordered crust toppings but crust was hard and dry. So Shawn replaced pizza…second pizza crust was also hard and dry. Delivery driver was rude both times and he probably got more tip $$$ than wat the pizza cost? The cheesy bread “looked” the best…but when I went to put in bag to put away…didn’t even appear to be CUT!!! USED to b one of my favorite pizza places…not sure I will return? Online ordering is a joke…especially if u have a coupon…ironically ordered last nite and had a letter in mail today because my purchases have been missed. Iv received a few letters recently…I’m guessing that a lot of ppl have gone elsewhere??? I was embarrassed to give that pizza to my friend …and after seeing a lot of the other complaints about mice…disgusting hygiene…woman waiting 2 HRS for a pizza…NON delivery with NO refund?

The pizza is great, but there are frequent inconsistencies when it comes to how they apply toppings and whether or not they actually have drinks available. Prices are decent, and their thin crust is nice and crispy without being burnt.

My first and last time coming to this place. My pizza was so sloppy. The toppings weren’t done and the dough was super thin. My salad was old and croutons were so soggy as if they poured water on them. Never again.

In from out of town. Called and ordered 2 pizzas and Dr pepper and unsweetened tea. Order arrived. Sweet tea. Called to advise of issue. Originally they said they would bring the correct tea and trade it out. Great! They call back few minutes later saying they will not. 3 people in my family do not drink sweet drinks so now they have nothing to drink. The assistant manager, Jerry Rogers, hung up on me as I tried to explain it situation. Very disappointed.
