Got takeaway from the drive-thru. While the food is great and the employees are pretty nice, there is ALWAYS a huge wait, even in the drive-thru. This seems to be constant amongst Dairy Queens, as I originally drove to the DQ in Westworth Village, and the drive-thru there was so backed up I drove to this one instead. Also, the food is moderate-expensive for fast food.

This will be our last time to eat here. I was NOT happy to have a service charge added to my total. When I asked about it, I was told that the manager added it to all orders and it wasn’t optional. If you are going to implement a service charge, you should have to post it before someone orders. I would have left and eaten elsewhere. Nice job management! Hope your service fee was worth losing a family of customers over.

I absolutely love the guy that’s working the drive thru window. He is always polite funny and extremely nice. There was a little girl that came to the window and she was exactly the same way. You just don’t find polite customer service in the fast-food industry anymore. I don’t have any issues with orders taking too long or having to wait. I mainly go there for the tacos. Anyway keep up the good work!

One of the worst experiences. We went and got a large blizzard and a small water. Silvia charged us for a beverage( extra $2). We called the store after them ignoring our first 5 calls. Silvia tried to lie and say we ordered a beverage when we clearly did not. We didn’t receive on and on the receipt it has “Beverage-Water”. It’s just crazy to me that she decided to charge us $2 for a small water when I’ve never been charged for one from DQ before. Do better, there is a reason the DQ in Benbrook has a 3 star rating and it’s because of staff like Silvia C. By far the worst experience I’ve EVER encountered.

I normally get 6 tenders, and a hungr buster but normally always have to park and wait. No big deal but other DQs I don’t have to wait. I’m not complaining about hotter fresher food. Just giving my opinion 🙂 still a great place to eat

Arrived during a very busy time of dinner rush. There were a few cars ahead in the drive-thru, so I knew it would be a few. No problem! It was my turn, and I placed my order after receiving an apology for the wait. Got to the window, and I was apologized to for the wait again. Christopher was so polite even though you could see he was so busy as he was short-handed, but made it all work and kept the line going with a smile and cheerful attitude. Thank you!

This particular store is poorly managed and have disrespectful workers. After patiently waiting 20 minutes I asked about my meal and was ignored and then the manager did not know how to issue returns. Many other disgruntled people too.

Ordered Chicken Finger basket and when I got to the window I was asked to wait at spot #3 when the lady came out to ha d me my order she said “Steak Finger basket?” I told her no the chicken one, so she looked at the box. She looked up at me and said “Oh yeah, chicken” and hand me the box. It was steak fingers. There was nothing on the box. What was she looking at???
