Ordered a large P. Mag today for lunch and it was literally all crust pretty. Whoever docked the crust on my pizza did a terrible job. Barely had toppings on it. I used to work at Marco’s and I know that there is supposed to be more old world pepperoni on the pizza than what I got plus it’s supposed to go on top of the pizza so it can get crispy. I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t wait for another pizza

This is my second time visiting this location. The first time, my pizza wasn’t ready, but it wasn’t too much longer before it was ready. The customer service that I received on my second visit was horrible!!!! I ordered my pizza in advance as in choosing a future time. I arrived at the location at which they hadn’t started on my pizza. It was 20 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready…it still hadn’t been started on. The manager was working the register, and I asked for a refund. She replied by starting my name that was on my order, clicked some buttons, and said that my money had been reversed. No apology, no remorse, no NOTHING!!! There is a customer service number to contact corporate or anyone. Normally, when employees have attitudes like that is because they know that you will not be able to get in contact with anyone to report them.

I tried calling in to place my order. The phone just rang for the 22 min drive it took me to arrive at the store. When I walk in at aporox 9:30 pm there was NO customers in the store and I asked why they were not answering the phone? The older lady at the register said, the crowd just left and that she was more focused on cleaning because the store would be closing at 10pm and she didn’t want to new there until 12am cleaning !!!!

In all my years of living in this area, I have not had worse customer service than I have experienced at this location. All the workers act like you are inconveniencing them by giving them business. The time you are given to pick up your pizza is never accurate. I got there when the email stated that I should be there. I’m pretty sure they started my order when I got there and it took 38 minutes after I got there to get my food. I told the girl my order was up and she said okay and started waiting on someone else. No apology for waiting, charged me for 2 containers of pizza sauce. Haha I could share dozens of stories of how bad this location is and I’m sure the owner will reply but I’ve talked to him on the phone before and he’s just as useless as his employees are.

Lazy day, took grandkids to the park. MARCOS right across the street. Dinner was served. We sat on the outside and even some extra people that were at the park. Thanks for the fast service great attitudes and excellent prices. All was good. Thank for your patience .

Ordered 8 large pizzas on 5/17/23 for 11:45am pickup. The pizza was late by 45 minutes. But the worst part was when we got ready to leave with pizza I requested “one” garlic sauce and they tried to charge me 54 cents afteri had waited 45 minutes pizza… never again Marco’s. Will not be back.

Ghetto location, and ghetto people work on night shift.I drive all the way to Stockbridge Marcos for better quality experience . They have pleasant customer service. If you can take that drive go to Stockbridge. The Food looks more presentable and fresh. Hapeville Marcos location give me Pizza Hut vibes I don’t want it at all. Throw the whole location away. The owner need to tighten up their crew. I’m done with Hapeville.

Spent $54 for door dash delivery. Received pizza, took 1 slice and pulled out plastic that had been baked into the pizza. Immediately called to tell them what happened and was told that I could get a discount on my next purchase. WHAT?! No, I want a fresh pizza or refund. I told them I would be up there in a min and I was told that they were closing keep in mind Google says 11 o’clock for closing it was only 9:55 pm.

This is location 8306. I use to love this place but I will never order here again. I ordered a pizza at 5:30 it was suppose to be ready at 5:50. Got the notification about it being ready sent my husband to pick it up they told him twice it would be a six minute wait. They explained that they gave the pizza away which would not have been a problem if we didn’t have to pick up my child. We left and came back at 6:30. I went in this time and they now can’t find my order. I asked for a refund the manager came with an attitude saying she couldn’t give me a refund because she couldn’t find the order that I had to call corporate. I said ok and proceeded to walk off then she asked me to wait so she could find it? I’m like how are you gonna find it if you just said it’s not there?? She eventually sees my name and says oh a man came in for it and we just canceled it. I’m like ok so let me get the refund. She then asks me to calm down mind you I never got loud I was simply frustrated with the entire situation. She then proceeded to take other orders ahead of me before giving me my refund. I then asked for her name she said “Nicole “ but the receipt said “Chandra”. I asked who that was she said she didn’t know when she claimed to be the general manager! I have done the review link and I am waiting on a response. That manager needs to be replaced.
