I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and extra sauce. Got home the pizza was cold and was Dry as Hell yeah they didn’t put any sauce on the pizza Nasty the crust looks half way cooked tastes dough y and the crust was Thin as hell. I went back and they remade it SORRY PIZZA HUT PAPA JOHN’S PIZZA IS WAY BETTER THE DOUGH IS THE BEST, I MADE A MISTAKE GOING TO PIZZA HUT NEVER AGAIN….

This Pizza Hut got our order wrong the first time they delivered. We sent it back and I called the number. The number is for the Pizza Hut call center, which I explained the situation. They resubmitted our order and delivered it again. The second delivery they said we needed to pay him at the door, but we had already paid online. I sent it back and called for a refund. I will never order from this location again.
This location uses doordash to deliver and had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place. Reliably, Doordash is the worst.

Ordered pizza at 4:00 pm never got delivered. Got a notification on the app that the pizza was delivered no pizza was there. Called and was told it was 10 minutes away. Nothing was ever delivered. Called the store and was transferred to a call center overflow line out of state. They could not help kept saying I’ll transfer you to a manager without asking for one. Was hung up on multiple times. Finally got ahold of a manager and he was not helpful never once never apologized. Cancelled my order almost 2 hours later. Worse customer services ever!

Did not get the kind of pizza I asked for. Also i ordered bread sticks and cinnamon sticks, it was all in the same box. If I wanted cinnamon on my bread sticks I would have asked for it. My whole entire meal was terrible.

Been ordering at this pizza hut location for over a decade, it’s been very good so far. When they make a mistake with my order they will remake it or give me a refund. Food its always fresh. And delivery people are friendly. Only bad part is when i order for carry out is always kind of dirty outside the building with trash. And there is homeless people sleeping on their building area making the environment unsafe. I hope management takes care of that. Other than that is a hgood place to order pizza hut!!

Everytime i come here my pizza is never the crust I paid extra for. Everytime i call they can never find my order. I shouldn’t have to drive back and prove I ordered a pizza even after giving the ticked number and every bit of information on the receipt. This is like the third time. I’m just going to order dominos from now on..I guess dominos can out pizza the hut.

I ordered carry-out. Better experience, in my opinion. 10 minutes after I ordered, pizza was ready. Ppl seem to have issues with delivery. My pizza was great! 10.99 Large 3-topping carry out. 4 stars instead of 5 because they used light cheese in some pieces.

Pizza is what you expect, yummy. There was a bit of a wait on pickup but not bad. The area to pickup is so small and it was cramped with 6 customers.
