While my pizza was ready when I pre-ordered online, the all-meat pizza, with added mushrooms and black olives only rated a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Being from Chicago, I love pizza, and I was disappointed with the canned mushrooms and olives which were not cooked into or with the pizza; these extra items appeared to be merely laid on top of the cooked pizza. Also, there was not enough cheese on the pizza, so we added some mozzarella at home.Also even though a 30% coupon code was prominently displayed online, the code did not work for me or the store. However, the store did offer & provide a 15% discount.

The pizza itself is good, my only problem is that this location is noticeably more expensive than other Marco’s in the ATL area and it does not participate in any of the chain wide promotions. $6.99 medium pizzas are not a thing here.

The food here is good, but let me tell ya….if they mess up your order (only gave me 6 wings out of 10), the main manager lady will get so hostile and rude. I didn’t order for a few months after that, and came back to some friendly black workers who told me they was under new management. Ordered again today, and there she was, the same evil manager in there arguing with a customer. I swear, she has no good customer service in her at all. The look in her eye is pure evil. I will NOT spend another dime at establishments that treat their customers the way she does. This is 2023 people……do not spend where you are NOT respected.

Always friendly greeting when you arrive to pick up pizza. Pizza always hot and fresh. Fast and friendly service. Good rewards program. Only thing I don’t like about Marcos is once the pizza gets cold it’s as hard as cardboard.

This place is terrible. I ordered the deluxe with spinach and tomato. There was zero spinach, a tablespoon of sauce and one tablespoon of cheese. When I called to get the situation rectified the young lady was horribly rude. I took the pizza bowl back to Marco’s and before I could get in the door good she looked at me like she had and attitude because I was bring the pizza back. I opened the pizza box and showed her the pizza and she argued me down that the pizza has cheese and spinach on it. She took a fork and raked the pizza to try to show me where the cheese and spinach was located. There was no spinach and the chees was literally a few sprinkles on top of the little salsa that was on the pizza and it was not melted at all. Look at the pizza and tell me if this meets your standards for a pizza bowl. All the pizza bowls I have seen advertised has plenty of cheese that is melted. Marco’s should be ashamed of this location because I have eaten and ordered at other locations and the service and pizza bowl was great with a healthy amount of sauce and cheese. I will never return to this location again and really considering if I would ever eat at Marco’s again due to the association with this location and wonder if all other locations are going to treat customers this way.

My entire experience with this establishment was horrible. First, I was not greeted when I arrived. The cashier made eye contact with me and asked for payment and then turned around and held a conversation with another employee while holding my credit card in her hand instead of processing my payment and returning my card. The same cashier slid my pizzas on the counter and walked away instead of handing me my pizzas or opening the pizza boxes to make sure my order was correct. One of my pizzas slid out of the box in my car because the box was not put together properly. I called the store to express my concerns and the woman that answered the phone was very nonchalant and showed no interest in my concerns. I told her not to worry about it because I will no longer be supporting their business and that I would leave a review on google, and she replied “go ahead, have a great day.”

We have always ordered pizza from here. Will never order from them again. We put in a delivery order 30 to 45 minute wait. Ok no problem!! An hour later the front door still no pizza. Called at 1 hour 15 minutes later. They guy who answered the phone said yes your pizza has been delivered. ???? No we didn’t get it. Well it was sitting on the front door on the bench. No door bell was used. So our pizza was cold and no apologies. When I called to talk to a manager. Nope never got one. No call back either. Will never eat here again. Just never cared how the did business.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. But I tip well so maybe that is a contributing factor. I have been living here for about 8 months and we order pizza almost once a week, or at least bi-weekly. I have never had a bad experience. We typically do delivery, but on a rare occasion we pick up. The pizza is always hot and fresh. We eat every slice. I do not order from anywhere else. I used to be hardcore papa johns. We always have pizza and every now and then we get salad and/or wings. I have nothing negative to say about the food or customer service. A little pricey but worth it for my fam.

After placing order online for 26 bucks and sending my son to pay cash via take it. They charged him an extra 9 dollars (tabulated on receipt as 11 extra ranch sauces)… For STUFF YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO GET FOR FREE! I.E. RED PEPPER FLAKES, GARLIC SAUCE, PIZZA SAUCE, RANCH ETC. I’LL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Crooks.
