What a great neighborhood pizza spot! Whenever I come to this location I’m greeted with a lovely smile. The food is always good. The place is always clean.

I placed an online order and arrived about 15 minutes later, which was perfectly reasonable. However, the experience after that was disappointing. The owner was training an associate, and while they were laughing and joking around, my pizza was accidentally given to another customer. Instead of acknowledging the mistake professionally, the owner laughed about it and I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for a new pizza.
The pizza itself was fine, but the service felt very unprofessional. I understand training takes time, but customers shouldn’t be inconvenienced or made to feel like an afterthought in the process. A little more awareness and professionalism would go a long way.

After two poor experiences with this restaurant I decided to write a review. The first encounter was a month ago in which my order was made wrong. The person that I spoke to over, the phone was defensive about the service, however she agreed to issue a minor credit of $10. When I called to retrieve said credit, the same person informed me that there was no note of the credit. I begin to remind her of the situation. She stated that I would have to call back when the “boss” was there. What an inconvenience to a customer who had previously had a less than satisfactory experience. Now I must put my craving on pause and wait for whenever the “boss” will return? No thank you. I will no longer patronize this particular franchise.

This place is terrible. I ordered the deluxe with spinach and tomato. There was zero spinach, a tablespoon of sauce and one tablespoon of cheese. When I called to get the situation rectified the young lady was horribly rude. I took the pizza bowl back to Marco’s and before I could get in the door good she looked at me like she had and attitude because I was bring the pizza back. I opened the pizza box and showed her the pizza and she argued me down that the pizza has cheese and spinach on it. She took a fork and raked the pizza to try to show me where the cheese and spinach was located. There was no spinach and the chees was literally a few sprinkles on top of the little salsa that was on the pizza and it was not melted at all. Look at the pizza and tell me if this meets your standards for a pizza bowl. All the pizza bowls I have seen advertised has plenty of cheese that is melted. Marco’s should be ashamed of this location because I have eaten and ordered at other locations and the service and pizza bowl was great with a healthy amount of sauce and cheese. I will never return to this location again and really considering if I would ever eat at Marco’s again due to the association with this location and wonder if all other locations are going to treat customers this way.

I ordered plain wings and garlic Parmesan sauce cup on the side but they added the garlic Parmesan sauce on all of the wings. When I called them they said they ran out of cups to put the sauce in so they just put it on all of the wings. I explained that we all don’t like the garlic Parmesan sauce and the lady on the phone said I should have called and told them . I told them that if they couldn’t make it how I ordered it they should’ve called me. They never fixed my order so I asked for a manager she said there was no manager there so I asked for her name and the manager’s name but she didn’t want to give me their names after too much unnecessary back and forth she told me the managers name was Jay and her name was Jasmine. She didn’t give me corporates number just said it was available online. I found it, called and left a message. It’s been over 24 hours and I never heard back. They will never get my business again.

Don’t ever buy their 10 dollar pizza bowl. It is the thickness of a pepperoni. No exaggeration. It was 3 mouthfuls. Not even close to the pictures they advertise. Maybe 2 dollars worth of food
