Very tastey, very nice staff. We come here everytIme we come to Nederland, Texas for a visit. Only thing is, somebody needs to update their website. Times are incorrect on website. All days open at 11am.
Weekdays they close at 930pm. Weekends frii, sat. Close at 1030pm.

The lady that helped us today was so sweet! Very kind voice & made sure we were happy with our decision. All 3 of our icecreams tasted amazing, but my son’s plain waffle bowl was very stale. Mine & my husbands was not & we got the plain chocolate covered. The floors & tables needed to be cleaned better.

Ice cream is good, but please note this store participates in false advertising. Signage clearly stated unlimited toppings, but staff stated they would only give us 3 toppings, and we wanted a fourth we would have to pay them an additional fee. For this reason, I will not be returning to this location or be recommending it to others.

If you dislike your job, might want to consider a different job that’s suits you better. Really need to update the hours on the website it’s still 7pm when really though the closing hour is 9:30pm. Store set to close at 7, came in at 6 and worker was closing the store. Took our orders and only allowed us 3 toppings when the sign stated unlimited toppings. Had to eat our “treat” in our vehicle since the worker closed the store 30 mins early.

We went here in person and ordered a birthday ice cream cake a week in advance. They told us It would be ready on that Friday. Just went to go pick it up and they told us there was no order for it and that they didn’t have it made. Was told that there was nothing they could do. This was for a planned birthday party. I will not buy from or recommend this place again. I never leave bad reviews but I felt the need to on this one so someones birthday party is ruined because they ordered a cake from here and they forget to make it.

Me and my partner go here regularly, and the sad reality is that every time we do, it looks like it is such an inconvenience and disturbance to the staff. The ice cream is good but , they have AirPods on, give you looks if you want a topping, and you can’t show up 30 minutes before closing because they will make sure to let you know that you are disturbing them. Really sad that an ice cream establishment has such negative staff.

We just had ice cream at 7pm. As always the actual ice cream is very good. However, the store itself is pretty gross. There were 3 ladies working at apparently that was not enough because the store was so dirty. The tables were not being cleaned between any costumers but more than that it didn’t look like the store has been cleaned well for a long time. From the moment you walk up to the store you can see filthy glass, the welcome mat is disgusting, the ice cream is over flowing the serving tubs in the ice cream cases which is a big no no. The servers were patient with us and let us take our time ordering. However, looking behind the counter I could see that their working space was just as filthy and one server was wearing flip flops. I really hate to see this because we really love the product. It has pretty much been like this for years and it is the reason I only visit the store twice a year. I keep hoping one day I’ll go and they we get it together but is is only getting worse.
