Great Indian restaurant! Usually I don’t order the vindaloo because it’s too spicy, but here it was just perfectly spicy. The saag paneer was really good and so was the chicken tikka masala. Very recommended!

I ordered here before they closed. The staff was very nice and pleasant. I returned right after leaving with my order to get some more of the items ordered and the person who helped me (I Believe to be possibly the owner or manager) was extremely nice and helpful. The rice pudding (kheer) and rasmali were very good and satisfying. I have tried many restaurants in the city and I have to say this one tops my list. I would definitely order from here again whenever I return to the city. I would recommend trying this restaurant as the food was very good as well as the service. Thanks.

This is a great neighborhood spot. Quality Indian – everything tasted very fresh and perfectly seasoned. We particularly enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala and the garlic naan. Get the aloo paratha naan too! It’s a clean and casual dining experience – my three friends and I enjoyed a nice dinner on a Thursday. Take out is very good as well. Service is top notch, too. Definitely worth a visit or an order!

I’m a NYC cop who’s favorite lunch time spot is Manhattan Indian Flavor. It’s a good, old-fashioned, family restaurant. The owners are one of the most warm, friendly, and inviting people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. They always check to make sure our food is to our liking, at just the right amount of times. The food is tasteful and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is nice. Tables and bathrooms are clean. I recommend if you have not already stopped by for lunch or dinner, do so. They close for a short time at 3pm to clean, then reopen a hour or so later.
