Consistently lets door dash and Uber eats orders sit in queue for over 10 minutes then cancels. I’ve had 3 orders of mine cancelled after waiting 10+ minutes. If you don’t want to manage customers food delivery orders take yourself off the app and stop wasting people’s time!!

Great experience at the Freehold location. I wanted an avocado toast that wasn’t listed on their menu but on the Manhattan Bagel website. Paul was so helpful and made it happen. They don’t have a very spacious dining area, so if you’re planning on sitting down to eat, & have a wheelchair or stroller or Walker etc. there’s not much space for any of that, unfortunately. The employees taking your order both seem very unhappy to be there, & would rather play on their cellphones than answer your questions or pay attention to when your order is up. I had to go to the counter myself & grab mine & my mother’s bags bc I heard the (‘cook’?) tell dude at the register what was in each bag… as he continued to play on his cellphone, looking bored, aggravated, & unprofessional. I got a French toast bagel w cream cheese toasted. It was pretty good, however, it DEFINITELY didn’t taste like a French toast bagel, it tasted like a regular plain bagel, & there was WAY WAY TOO MUCH cream cheese on it. I’m only giving 2 stars because the coffee was good and they have many options of flavor shots to add to your coffee.

My daughter and I went here on Memorial Day. We got there a couple minutes before closing and the door was locked. Thankfully they answered when I called and they were receptive to how much my daughter Really wanted a bagel. They ended up taking care of us and my daughter was SOOO Happy! And the bagels were delicious!!!!
