Came here for breakfast and they weren’t open, despite being 20 minutes past their posted opening time. Also, their bathroom door locks people inside, as the handle is too worn and gets stuck. The music was also too loud for talking, even though we were the customers.

Just used a coupon that comped your next meal because a different panera messed up our order. This Panera was incredibly nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience. The manager on duty was excellent. Have never had a single bad experience when going here. Amazing Panera with delicious food and incredible staff.

Delicious takeout dinner! Nice diversion from much of the “standard ” food options at the Mall of America. Excellent customer service! My dinner was fresh, hot and delicious! I enjoyed the combo meal, selecting two menu items. I ordered the barbecue turkey sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. After a long day at work, my dinner was definitely “comfort food.” Located in the Mall of America, in the food court, tucked away near the Rainforest Cafe.
