Ordered at drive thru a bucket meal. Sides were fries and cole slaw. Out of cole slaw so I said ok Mac and cheese. Then ordered small potatoes and gravy. Get home and no fries but a small and a large potatoes and gravy. Call and tell them. They say come back. Go back. Go to drive thru. Guy comes on and says there is a 25 minute wait because we have so many orders. Thank you have a good day. I say excuse me twice. He comes back and rudely says it will be a few minutes before he can take my order. A lady comes in after a minute and asks if I’m picking up and order so I tell her why I’m there. She has me go to the window. Hands fries out with no apology for messing up order or for me driving back. Get back home. Chicken is old! Tastes like it was from yesterday. Looked like it was from yesterday!

The food i got from here was really depressing. Mashed potatoes and cole slaw family size is a joke for $7ea what i received would feed 1 person not 4. The biscuits are hard. The chicken was not appealing in anyway. I think the service and quality has went way down.

This bittersweet location in mishawaka is absolutely horrible. Never a manager that knows how to manage, 40 minutes for a five piece tender box is ridiculous. There’s never heat, the inside is so dirty I cant believe the health department hasn’t shut them down. It’s a mess and ill NEVER spend my money here again. So disgusting.

There’s really nothing good you can truly say about a KFC. They’re typically operated by individuals who lack any interest in having or keeping a job. This KFC is filthy, and unkept. I personally do not recommend it. They should knock it down and build a Chick-fil-A or Jimmy John’s in its place…

Bought the 8 PC special,had to wait 15 to 20 minutes outside.He brought it out.When I got home opened up the tub and it looked black.It was pretty gross,tried to eat it and it was disgusting looking,so greasy.My wife said they were using old grease. WELL that was my last trip to kfc.The old saying is you get what you paid for.For $10 dollars it was pretty bad.Even my dog wouldn’t eat it.

Sunday I had a funeral decided to order on the app on the way home . Got there for the employees to tell me they were closed . I asked how to get a refund in which they were very rude . I used the text feature in the app, which was not effective.. so then I call what a nightmare that was .. it has taken 5 days already and still won’t get my money for another 3 business days .. apparently KFC has experienced a lot of fraud which punishes the rest of us .. had they just shut of the online ordering when they decided to close I would not have had to spend 4 hours on the phone and several texts .. bittersweet location . Crazy how legally can steal my money me wait but if I stole from them I would be prosecuted…

Rude employee after the lobby closes. Gave grief fora in store pickup. Called asking about how to handle it “lobby closed” hung up. I pulled into drive through and was told park where I was during the call. Not the first time giving grief each time.

I ordered this through the app to pick up after work, when I went to the drive thru to pick up my order, the man there wuickly opened the window and practically pushed it at me. I had my phone out towards the window so he could see receipt but he just posed the bag st me a said “ here you go” like he was riding me away. It wasn’t busy at all. Then when I got home to open the food it was room temperature, the chicken looked as is it had sat in grease all day, it did not taste like the Kentucky Fried Chicken I’m use to with the good flavor that is distinct to KFC. This is the only KFC left around the area, the others were shut down, now I know why. If this is how the quality has went down. I am highly disappointed and don’t know if I will ever go back , I don’t know, maybe it was bad management or employees had bad day. But whatever it was they really need to work on improving their crews work quality.

The worst customer service ever! So rude! Never customer friendly. Accused me of ordering wrong when they did not hear me right. I ordered 12 piece nugget, large fries and large Pepsi 19.55. 12 pc combo is 11.89. 7.66 more to order separately! What a scam!!! I refused the order but would not refund me. Not the first incident! I will have to drive out of my way to go to a different KFC. Not sure what generation this management is but par for today’s world. Unacceptable!

Wasted $60 at this dump. Order was incorrect, what items were actually correct were awful quality, biscuits were smashed because they “didn’t have a container large enough”. Management was a joke when I called to have the issue corrected.
