I had a shrimp taco and a carnitas taco and both were delicious. Lots of filling and I should have taken the fork that she offered me because there was so much in that taco I couldn’t keep it from falling out. Amazing food! I will definitely go there again. The people working there were awesome. Very cool.

I actually found this place under its old name on Yelp. I told hubby about it, and we were both looking forward to trying their food. Hubby and I moved to Lake Elsinore a few months ago and have been craving good Mexican food. In my opinion, San Diego is the place for it.

Normally this place has excellent food excellent service today my granddaughter waited for a burrito for 35 minutes and it turns out they had forgotten about it. I went up to the window to ask is she going to get some sort of compensation for waiting so long and then forgetting about her burrito. She gave her her money back still with no burrito. I believe there was a miscommunication with language and definitely a need for customer service skills because of this I will never be back nor will I bring any of my 14 grandchildren there. I am waiting for a call from the owner Ricardo let’s see if he rectifies it.

Found this place unexpectedly. Much to our delight. Was traveling the stunning route 74 through California federal land. Which led us to beautiful lake Elsanore. Mama Lina’s is directly in front of the lake. I recommend eating there and enjoying this epic view. The service was great. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Great prices with huge proportions.

Food is generic. Shouldn’t taste like how I make it at home. Tastes like the ingredients they use are cheap and not fresh. Wouldn’t be surprised if they got the stuff from the market next to it. Such a great location, they would do so much better if they actually tried. Why do you think you barely see people there. Save yourself some time and go to Tacos Elsinore down the road

They fill the soup with tomatoes halfway so you don’t see it then fill it in with the actual soup. Food is nothing special, price and food ratio is better everywhere else.

So if your looking for good fast Mexican place to eat without small talk or pleasantries between Staff this is it. The Staff isn’t so friendly or seem to be helpful or patient when ordering but the food makes up for it when you decide what your having. I’ve tried plenty different items from the menu and only been disappointed once. The pastor there isn’t so good, very grissili and fatty. My two favorites are carnitas burrito without pico de Gallo and the chorizo burrito with beans & french fries. I do recommend giving it a try.
