Great birria, guac, and al pastor tacos. On a scale of 1 to 10 their birria tacos are about a 7. The crunch of the fried tortilla is unexpectedly good and the cheese is more of a mozzarella type. The flavor of the consomme is probably the best part. Dont forgot to ask for the spicy salsa, which I believe is made with chile de arbol. Very respectable take on birria.

Im my opinion, good customer service is just as important as the food itself. I was greeted and tended to with much kindness and warmth. In my first visit, I tried the Birria tacos. Absolutely mind blowing how good these tacos are. The pork was very tender. The cheese was hot and stretchy and the cilantro and onion was fresh fresh fresh. The “consumé” (birria pork broth) was amazing and super flavorful. And as you can see if the picture, the taco shell was fried golden and crispy. It added that awesome crunch to the taco. Their hot sauces are most definitely homemade and they add such a nice kick to the already awesome birria tacos. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem. I’ll be back for more… very soon 🙂

I have been visiting Mama Estela’s probably 2-3x a week since I discovered them while shopping down in Bridgewater. I have tried nearly everything on their menu and have never once been disappointed. My go-to order is chicken tacos, but I also really enjoy their quesadillas and burritos. I especially like that they use pulled chicken, rather than diced (this makes for PERFECT quesadillas). Pro-tip: their guac is fantastic, be sure to try it on tacos sometime. Also, they are great with allergies and dietary restrictions. No nuts are used in the kitchen and their beans and rice are vegetarian.

Do yourself a favor and order the birra tacos. Quite literally the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had in my life. They are flavorful, indulgent and perfect. My husband and I love it here. Regular tacos are great too! 10/10 would recommend.

There is nothing to not like about Mama Estella’s food truck. The food is excellent – fresh, hot, and tasty. The guacamole is sooooooo good, I would definitely recommend taking extra. I also recommend their chips which are crunch supreme! The folks who run it are abundantly friendly. Trust me – you’ll leave there with a smile on your face and rich, flavorful dish in your hands. It does get a tiny bit expensive but penny for penny, it is THE best Mexican cuisine you can get.
